While nFLOW is best known for its ATV/UTV engine and transmission remanufacturing, we also offer many other products and services. These include fuel injection and turbocharger remanufacturing for everything from ATV/UTV's to large mining equipment. We recently purchased machinery to be able to handle all common rail injectors and injection pumps as well. Lastly, we have our own CNC machine shop in house for boring, resurfacing, crankshaft grinding, etc. Below is a picture of a Duramax cylinder head going through our machining process. Give us a call at 812-402-8282 if you need any of these services. www.nflowmotorsports.com

Brake issues 2012 800
Brother is having an issue with his sportsman. He has no front brake lever (meaning it pulls all the way into the bars), When you step on the pedal brake you can feel the front lever pulse. Checked the reservoir and it was pretty low, reservoir for the rear was fine.. Looked for leaks, couldnt really see anything.. Topped off the fluid, rode it around for a bit and the fluid had gotten low again.. No change in the brakes. So he then takes the wheels off to look to see what he can find... ALL of his pads are shot, completely worn out. He bought the quad used and hasnt checked them til now. So My question is. With the pads being completely gone. Would that explain the fluid dropping. provided we cant find a leak? Also what pads does he need to order? Looking online there seem to be a ton that cover several years.
Hub Interchangability
Does anyone know if the rear hubs are interchangeable from a sportsman to an ATP? The part number for the ATP hub is discontinued (5133360) so I am not able to order them.

2010 850XP Battery Removal
I went and left the quad off of it's battery tender a little too long and now have a battery that won't recharge. This is the first time I've had to replace the battery on this bike. Easy enough to find and remove the terminal connections.
But the strap holding the battery in, I can't seem to find how to remove that. Can someone help me with that?
Thanks!

What’s up!!!
Just got a new outlander xxc. Anything I should know?
Where am I?!
So I figured this would be the best place to put this but mods feel free to move it to somewhere you deem more appropriate.
I'm new to riding and luckily have a few ATV parks nearby that I can check out.
Unfortunately for me I'm not great at keeping my bearings to know where I'm at to find my way back.
*Insert fanfare* here comes maplets. Now I'm not sure how many maps are available but the two parks near me and the one near my buddy in Arkansas are on there. Basically maplets is an app available on iOS store or for Android you can get it from the Amazon app store it was not listed in the regular Google play store last I checked.
Anyway the app allows you to download the maps for the parks so you do not.need an internet connection to use them. As long as you have the clear skies to get a GPS signal it will at the very least give you some idea of where you're at on the trail.
It was very useful for a group I went riding with down at one of the larger parks here in Texas. We kind of just took off from camp and starting riding and realized later we weren't quite sure where we were at. I got my phone out (in it's trusty ziploc.to stay clean touch screen works great in bag still) and got the map up and sure enough we we're at the far end of the park and just needed to make a couple turns to get a main trail back to camp.
So again. It may not be all that useful as I'm not sure if locations near you would be available but if they are I definitely recommend giving it a try.
