What’s up guys, from middle Tennessee and I’ve always love riding atv’s and dirt bikes but It was always cheaper stuff. I broke down 6 months ago and bought a Outlander 650, but in the last 6 months I’ve tamed the beast. So I’m real interested in any of the first couple proformance upgrades, exhausts and clutch... not quite sure what all the efi does, so any advice and informants would be great, Thanks!
2007 Sportsman 800X2 Front Gear Case Parts
got an ADC Unit with the Turf Mode Polaris 1332568
The small roll pins (5 per side) on the ring gear sheared off. And I believe it could use clutch plates. Any one know of aftermarket for either. Polaris and their ridiculous parts practices make you buy full assemblies which total far above the cost of a new diff when these are simple items to replace and cheap.
Also who actually makes these diffs. I recall John Deer maybe crossing over to some Polaris units and priced much better.
Thanks

Starting/Electrical Problem
Battery shows good on my charging device but when I hit the button it just clicks; I jumped it from the solenoid connection and it started.
I left it idling for a bit and it died after about 5 minutes or more "It did have a "HI BATT" message on the console, had never seen that before, Ive only seen the LO BATT message in the past. Bumped it again and it clicks as before. Jumped again with jumpbox and it Revvs up and down a from 3K-4K Rpm's. So I take the jumpbox off and it dies.
I pulled the plastic off the front and checked all connections and did a little maintenance in there hoping it might clear up a elec bug.
Again I get the same result; Revvs up and down and then dies when I disconnect the jumpbox.
Super Strange because it was idling perfectly normal when I bumped it the first time and left it alone to idle.
Its been awhile since I have had to mess with the quad, its been super solid for many years and I've actually never had to fuss with or replace anything but the Battery since I bought it in 2010 if I recall correct.

Alloy Wheel Hub Dust Cap ??
On my 2014 Sportsman 550 XP the wheel castle nuts and thrust washers are frozen rusty. I ride the beach a lot and well its one spot I cant rinse off.
Steel wheels have the dust cap but on the 14" alloy ones there is no way to pack the hub end with grease and seal it.
Any good ideas ??
Thanks

Refilling Coolant Question
I never had a problem adding coolant to the radiator after draining it on my other past sportsman's, but for some reason the 570 does not accept any coolant directly into the radiator. Is there another port to use? or does it have to be bottle fed through the overflow tank hose? I'm baffled here.
	Front diff’s
Owning my Polaris has been nothing but a dream, only nightmare I’m having is with the Front Diff. 2nd diff in a year. Was wondering if I would be able to bolt a 2019 HighLifter 1000 Front Diff onto my 2015 Sportsman 1000xp. Or at this point if anyone knows of an aftermarket company making heavy duty front Diff’s. Any help is apreciated!
	New Vin sticker
Hi has anyone tried to get a new Vin sticker from can am?
	‘15 XMR 1000 Outlander
Hello!
Bought this beast a few weeks ago with 1800Km. Also got a 54” berco blower (12.5ft long as 1 machine). Amazing first big purchase, I’ve had so much fun and plan on using it to haul firewood this season.
Just reached 2600km and got the fluids for front/rear Dif and oil change.
I changed Front Dif fluid and there were some metal shards and a couple smalllll metal bits.... should I drive like a grandma or will it handle some abuse ?
Drowning in mud isn’t my thing but I definitely like to get dirty!
Running 30 silverbacks now and want to go 32” big horn 2nd genS in the future.
Saving up for a exhaust and good filter (dealer swore by it) and clutch kit to install all at once.
Will the exhaust make the bike run too lean?
Full exhaust vs slip on?
-This is my baby and I plan on keeping it for a while so I am doing a few mods!
My seat melted in a few spots after couple hours playing in the snow so I got some exhaust wrap when I decide to do the exhaust work
I cut a small square to allow more air through the rad relocate on the front.
I’ve replaced 2 axles with Rhino axles
ANY other mods to make it more bullet proof?

Starter motor
I'm having a hell of a time getting my starter out. The top back bolt is near inaccessible, haven't been able to get it off with many many cuss words thrown at Polaris for even putting the bolt in there like that, truly what the fuck!!!!!!
