My cousin has a 2007 Polaris Hawkeye that he just got out of storage. It's been in storage for a while and won't start. When he got it out of storage, we noticed a fuel line hanging off to the side. It has a fuel filter attached to it. We've looked all over and can't figure out where the line is suppose to go. Everything appears to be connected. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Sportsman aftermarket Speedometer?
I have a 2004.5 sportsman 500 HO. The LCD screen went out, and I am looking for a new gauge. Somehow, they are nearly 300.00 for a 15 year old machine. Is there anything special about this gauge? Without the gauge, does 4x4, fans, lights, and everything else still work, or do some of the machines features rely on the gauge?
If there is nothing special about the OEM gauge, then an aftermarket gauge should be fine I would think. Has anyone found an aftermarket gauge that works with this machine?

2000 Sportsman 335 Front Handle Travel
Howdy! I just inherited an 2000 Sportsman 335 and have a long list of things to do. It runs and stops right now, but the front brake handle has a ton of play.
Basically, the base of the handle is about 3/4" from the piston and I have the depress it almost all the way to the handlebar to engage the brakes at all. As this is my first ATV, I have been reading a ton of forum posts, but thought I would start from scratch with this post.
I plan to bleed the entire system and replace the fluid (calls for DOT 3 and that is what I bought, although I suspect DOT 4 would also be okay). If bleeding the system doesn't fix the problem, I am guessing I will have have to rebuild the master cylinder.
Thoughts? suggestions? best place to get a rebuild kit?
Thanks,
Brandon

2013 Outlaw 50 Speed and Torque
Accidently wrote 2013 in the title (can't seem to edit that) but it's a 2016
I bought my son a 2016 Polaris Outlaw 50 but he's use to a Scrambler 50 my niece rides. I have no problems with the Outlaw 50, I think it's great for what it is but it's only hitting a top speed of 12 and doesn't have nearly the power of the Scrambler. I realize the Scrambler is a 2 stroke and I don't need the Outlaw to hit 20mph like that one does but the Outlaw just seems really slow and weak compared to it. Is there a CDI I can swap out or any other mods that can be done to make this thing last a little while longer? He's nowhere near ready for a 90 and my next ones going to be a 2 stroke if all the 4 strokes are like this so that jump is a long ways off.
Thanks.

Where is the brake Switch?!
I have a dead short related to the brake switch and the tail light connector on my 1999 Sportsman 500 Big Boss, 6x6.
You would think the brake switch would sit right there on the left caliper. . . but it doesn't. Where in the world is this thing? It shows up on the electrical diagram but I can't find it. It must be somewhere near a brake right?!:nerd

1995 Sportsman 400 starter
Anyone know if there is a negative wire going to or from the starter. Just put a new one in and there is a spot for the negative, but the old one didn't have one attached and I don't see one hanging in the psot.
2015 Sportsman 570 EPS EBS front hub bearings??
Hey all,
So I went to replace a front left axle yesterday and it turns out she needs ball joints, a arm bushings, wheel bearings and.......hub bearings???
I can't find any mention anywhere about hub bearings but I swear that is what I'm seeing with the hub and axle removed (red arrow in picture) ?
I'm totally lost on this, is my wheel bearing missing the outer seal/shield or something?
The exposed balls in the race make contact with the radius on the hub, so it looks correct to me, am I missing something here?
Thanks in advance guys,
Mike

1999 Scrambler 500 Seat
Hi all,
I have pretty much rebuilt this 4-wheeler from the ground up over the last few weeks, Vampire super swamper tires with ITP aluminum rims, new (used) transmission, new fuel line, new chain, new front & rear sprockets, new chain guards (tranny guard and r axle guard), new battery, new hub assembly, new air filter, carb rebuild, new air box, etc etc, finally got it moving. One thing I have not been able to find locally or at a 'decent' price, is a seat. The one I have the plastic assembly is ruined/cracked/broke/pieces missing. Does anyone know where I can find a seat for a decent price? So far one on ebay for $118 is the best I have come up with, wasn't sure if anyone makes aftermarket seats or such. Or if anyone here has a used one they want to sell.
Thanks in advance
