Accidentally pulled out the gas tank grommet that is also the fuel line (followed by 3 gallons of gas on my garage floor). Any easy way to put that back in? It’s being stubborn for me

Hey y'all sorry if this has been asked I'm new to forum tons of great info on here just can't find answer to my specific question. Anyways here we go. 96 explore 400 4x4. I wanna do the over rise bypass I know how just wanna make sure when it's 2 wheel drive it won't hurt anything. Or will it cause it to go in 4x4 by bypassing it regardless if 4x4 button is pushed. Again sorry for dumb question. A side question I'd like to add my wife I fo in my profile just not sure where to go to don't under the profile settings. Thanks again for any info.

I recently acquired this knowing it had carburetor issues, leaking out bottom vent tube. I replaced the carb and fuel pump and now the problem is even worse, leaking out bottom vent tube and fuel coming out of the vent lines on the side of the carb...this is my first atv repair attempt and I'm at a loss, any ideas would be appreciated?

The machine in my brother-in-law's but I'm the "chief mechanic" of the family. He had it up north at a hunting property with other side of his family. He went to bring it home around Christmas and it wouldn't start. Got it winched onto the trailer and pushed into my garage. Definitely was some evidence of it being in some water. The rear "trunk" was an ice cube. After a few days, the recoil was finally thawed out enough that I could pull the rope. I pulled the cover and a couple of cups of nasty water came out. I dried it all out, put some RTV sealant on it and put it back together. I did grease the starter bendix, etc but I didn't pull the flywheel. I replaced the battery because the old one wasn't holding a charge. Thing starts up and runs great for a few weeks. He takes it ice fishing and brings it back and now the gauge pod is flashing with the battery light. Low voltage as I take it. It would still start tho. So it comes back to my house. Now I get no gauge pod and no winch but it will still start. Still sounds like low voltage issues. I plan to check the battery and charge it up if needed. I'll also check the resistance and continuity on the stater at the plug (once I find it) and then the voltage at 3000 rpms. Could the water have caused some issued with the stator? I'm leaning towards stater or voltage regulator as the culprit here. I want to get it up and running selfishly because since it's going to be at my house in the winter, I'm going to put a plow on it.

Looking to add either an LED light bar or LED flood light to a 2001 sportsman 90.
It's my neighbors quad that he asked me for help with.
Can lights be wired directly to the battery with no issues? Or is there a better way to do it? And what restrictions would there be for wattage for the lights? Currently there are no lights on it except a brake light.

I would like to say hello everyone I'm new here . I have a 2010 Can-Am Outlander 800 R XT had a check engine light with check the DPS message DPS not working. I replaced the DPS unit and then I cannot switch it from minimum to maximum and Now without the key in the mission the bite will power up by itself fuel pump - lights everything come on without the key .Has anyone had a similar problem or have any advice on what may be the problem thank you in advance .

Hi to everyone.
I want to get a new ATV. Now I am having an XMR570 and somebody offered me to change it on a XTP 1000 ‘17 .
And now the question is about tyres, I have a set of Gorilla Silverbacks 30x9 and I am planning to put them on XTP

Will it be a problem to put those Gorilla tyres on XTP ? Wont I kill the rear diff or any axle ?

As far as I know the XMR model has different axles .

Cecco Pinion Cover - maybe 10 hrs use. Fits 13-18 Scrambler 850s / 1000s and 15-18 Sportsman 850s / 1000s. I did have to drill the head of one of the bolts so one of the holes does have some slight drill marks (shown in pics). Will come with brand new bolts - $130 Shipped.
