First Can-am

Hey everyone, I just recently purchased my first Can-am. I'm not new to the brand or sport, I've owned many ATV's in the past and Skidoo's before, but this is my first venture into owning an Outlander. The last machine I had was a '14 Bruteforce. While it was a good machine the power does not compare to the 1000XT I bought. I gotta say, I wish I had bought a Can-am sooner!

1999 Sportsman 500

Hi, new to the forum. I own a 1999 Sportsman 500 use it mainly for hunting. I'll be posting and asking for advice on some problems I'm having with it. Hope to help others also as I do most of my own work on my vehicles.

570 XT HD Springs

Question about the Can-Am HD Springs (part# 715003199). Does anyone know if they will fit on my 570 XT? According to the website it says base model 570's, or XT's with a 650 engine. Doesn't makes sense that they would fit the base model but not the XT! I'm looking to just do the front, to help with the sag while plowing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

2017 850 sp will not start

Started up my quad this morning loaded it up with no issues.. got to the park started it up and unloaded it no issues..got on the trail, went up one hill, down another and started up another.. was waiting on a buddy to catch up and decided to shut it off to wait. he caught up and I went to crank it.. Nothing. Display comes on, pump primes but the starter doesnt even click.. checked the connections everything is tight.. Anybody else had this issue?

Undercoating

So my quad will be parked in an outdoor shed. It won’t have the luxury of a heated garage to help it dry out after use. Also it’ll be a 4 season machine. That being said what are the thoughts on undercoating it with a few cans of Krown or rust check?

Outlaw 50 won’t go like it should

I’ve got a 2013 outlaw 50 that runs and revs well but won’t go more than about 5 mph. I read on another post that it could be the secondary clutch not engaging the belt properly. So this morning I opened everything up and there was a lot of corrosion in there so I took everything apart and cleaned it up and put it all back together and I still have the same problem. The belt still looks brand new. What else could be causing this problem? Could that clutch just be bad? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
