I have a 650 outlander,2012 year and if its cold it has this issue starting. When you turn the key on it will not start, will not turn over, will not do anything. If you just let it sit with the key on for a while all of a sudden the lights will come on and then it will start up. You can then run it, stop it and shut it off and it will work fine. But let it sit for 2-3 hours it does it all over again. ????
No spark
I have a DS90 4 stroke that I bought for my grandson. It was running when it was parked 7 years ago. I cleaned the carb and all the fuel lines but when I tried to start it it doesn't fire up. I'm not getting any spark at the plug. I checked every connection terminal and the 2 fuses I found they all look fine. I need some help with what to check next. I don't want to start replacing parts that may or may not be faulty.
Running issue
Other night the wife's bike started idling poorly, shutting off, back fires under throttle then stalls.. will start roughly and idle then die.. no check engine light so no codes.. battery is full charge, spark plug looks fine, swapped MAP sensor off my sons 570 to it and made no difference..has good fuel and pump is working fine.. any ideas?
light wiring
I was putting the finishing touches on the 1995 300 4x4 I'm bringing back to life and noticed something that likely shouldn't be wired the way it is.
The 2 'fog' lights on the left and right of the front grill are spliced directly into the wires of the center headlight, so they all run from the same wire(s).
I don't think this model year came with a grill on the front at all, but the previous owner put 1991 plastics, and I'm assuming the front grill onto the bike.
I'm planning on installing an inline fuse and running the 2 new led fogs I bought from their own terminal on the block.
I have an open terminal on the block on the right side (middle) that shows 12v when the key is turned on.
Am I safe to wire the fog lights to this terminal, or is there a specific terminal I should be using for that?

Big bore kit?
Is there any companies offering a big bore kit for these? I bought an XP 1000 that had been swamped and looking at engine rebuild kits and found one from BP racing but it’s only for the RZR’s. Would be great if I could find something similar for my scrammy.

Where can I get a fan for this fan motor?? PICS
Okay so I have a Polaris scrambler 500 4x4, unsure of the year, but my fan stopped working so I took a look at it and ordered a fan motor off eBay that looked to be the same thing, but of course the way the fan mounts is different, old one looks press fit, new motor looks like it had a bushing and a threaded nut.... does anyone know where I can buy a fan for the new motor with the nut on it??? Any help is appreciated!!
