08 Outlander 800

Full power. Fuel pump primes. Starter will not turn over.

Tried:

Jumping the solenoid. Starter turned over. Fuel primed. Did not start.

Replaced the solenoid. Starter did not turn over. Fuel primed. Did not start.

Next step:

Replace the key? Or replace start switch and key?

Does anyone have a good fix for the heated grip switch housing cracking?

Hoping this all works out by using factory harness on 570. Polaris winch switch, found female plug that wires to contactor that is mounted directly to Superwinch LT3000, similar to Polaris winch set-up. I will be wiring waterproof circuit breaker under busbar.

Need to know if there are 2 different front axles for this. I purchased a new one and it was about 1/4 inch too short.And what does the A99CH50AA/AB/AC mean???

What's the differce between A99CH50AA / AB / AC

Need some thoughts.. I have a warm plow set up on on Outlander 500xt. I noticed the last time I plowed, when the cooling fan came on with the plow up (winch used to lift plow) the cooling fan was hitting the radiator I presume. I checked again after it warmed up and snow melted and same thing.. plow down no noise, plow up noise. I looked best I could, nothing in the fan and fan/rad doesn’t appear to me loose. Thoughts? I m afraid the frame is cracked, allowing the rad to flex or something with the weight of the plow pulling down on it? With all the plastic and crap in the way I can’t see anything.

HOW DO I CORRECT, WATER LEAKING INTO THE DRIVE CLUTCH AND DRIVEN CLUTCH HOUSING? 6X6,BIGBOSS, 570, 2016 MACHINE? I DON'T BELIEVE IT'S THE INTAKE SNORKEL THTA'S LETTING THE WATER IN STOPING THE DRIVES! CAN AY ONE HELP OR SUGGEST A REPAIR!! THANKS, mRvEE

Does anyone make anything at all for this thing? Seems everyone I call or talk to says nothing will fit it. Isn't it just a 570 outlander L? Only looking for a small lift and maybe satv forward a arms. Local shop it extending my trailing arms. Thanks

Mud Worx, RJWC or OMC air filter box modification.

What's your results on using these products to seal up the G2 stock air filter cover? Looking at the few posted threads, there's not much feedback. I purchased the RJWC before seeing the Mud Worx design. I believe the Mud Worx design could be better at sealing the box long term. But, I have my reservations based on looking at the limited pictures found. The rings and plate have many holes to bolt it up, but the plate is thin and could just warp and not seal correctly. Where can you find information on this product? Can you use the stock air filter with it? The OMC gasket would be the most simple fix. The RJWC might work perfectly fine, you just need to make sure there are no sharp edges that come in contact with the air box.
