Magneto Question
Anyone have an idea how many watts a 2017 outlander 1000 magneto has to spare for accessories?
Shock rebuild
Have a 2012 renegade 1000 with the stock fox podium shocks non piggyback. I'm looking for any help with the seals and a special tool I read I need to take them apart with. I have the nitrogen set up and oil to rebuild.

2012 Sportsman 400 AWD
I have this Polaris I am selling. It was bought new by me and always regularly serviced. It has a fresh oil change with new air filter and the belt is new, along with a new battery. It has 1042 miles on it with new radial oversize tires ($800)installed recently. The CV boots are also in good condition. This is one that you can get in and ride without any worries of something breaking down. Clear Texas Title.

Ticking sound
I've recently been hearing a ticking noise coming from the front end of my bike. It only happens while the bike is in motion and there is nothing that I can see that stuck in the wheels or anywhere in that area. Has anyone else ever noticed this? Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Check your TPS wiring
I have been dealing with random, backfires, bad idle, erratic idle, all out stalling and dying on the trails, you name it. This has been going on for the last few years. At first I thought it was my exhaust mod leaning the bike out, so I recently installed a power commander and richend the bike up. I took it trail riding about a month ago, and after about an hour, it started running like shit and the engine light came on. I got code 51 "TPS Voltage High". This is what I eventually found.
I think the wire has been broken for a while, and the insulation finally let go. After I repaired the wire, and re tuned the bike with the power commander, it runs great!

Polaris factory bumpers
Decided I'd make a post about the factory polaris bumpers with the factory polaris "tough rack" since I couldn't find information anywhere online.
On Polaris' website they say that this bumper and rack won't work together, so I decided to look to see if anyone tried and why they wouldn't work together, since Polaris' email team wasby very helpful on the subject. My concern was that the edges on the rack would hit over the headlights and I wouldn't be able to get into the compartment at all. Not the case.
I installed both front and rear bumpers without issue, although I find the rear bumper to bolt in in a strange way, I don't like the idea of threading my own holes into a bike thats only a few months old but I did anyways.
Anyways back on the front end subject, the lid opens about 90% of the way and thanks to my gun rack stays open, who knows maybe the rack itself would be heavy enough to keep it open. I pulled the bumper as far away from the bike as I could as well to maximize the amount my lid would open. I like the way everything works, now that I know everything will bolt on without issue I'm going to pull it all off and send for powder coating since I bought these used online for 350 cad. Much better than the 550$+ from dealer. Either I have them done in a satin black to match the rack, or I might go to the same blue used on the logo to tie in some of the color. Feel free to give your opinions on colors.
I wanted the atv guru but couldn't justify the 410$ considering the only real reason I bought the bumper was for my light bar. I don't beat my bike to the point where something like the guru is necessary however they are beautiful bumpers from what I've seen online.
