Hey, so I was wiring up the new battery tender, and noticed the front two edges of the seat cover wearing. Have less than 500 kms on it. Has anyone else had this issue, how did you fix it, or should I talk to dealer as it is still under warranty.
Just got me this. I was actually shopping for a used grizzly with power steering, but this is pretty much the only used decent ride I came across. 600 miles with 120 hours. It seems like it was barley used. I typically research the hell out of stuff before buying...if I would have on this, I probably would have passed. Just because I am seeing all these stories about the frames and timing chains. Anyways, I already got the 1.25 steel tubes to stick in the frame and a warn front mount plow setup coming. I do wish I could have power steering just for the woods riding that I do, but the power that this has makes up for it.
Just in case someone needs the size of the grease fitting (zerk) on the shaft, (below oil dipstick area), it is a "metric" 6mm, not a 1/4"-28.
I snapped mine, and had to replace it. Lol
Probably same size for most Sportsmans

I get occasional steering then engine warning indicators for no apparent reason. The issue might come up in 5 minutes or 2 hours...no rhyme or reason. I've checked all connections but haven't found anything. Welcoming ideas or similar experiences.
hey
well today decided to do some work around the house and property.
after took the sportsman around for a bit of snow/mud and parked it back in the garage. my 2 car garage has a bit of a slope very small and it doesn't slop towards the two doors but sideways so I need to put a mat of some kind under the atv to catch the water and such . what are you guys using to help with the mud and snow in your garages under your atv's ?
I have to use a push broom to push some of the water out and would rather catch it with a mat of some kind.
thanks
Glenn
