My 2016 Outlander 1000R LTD has an air suspension problem. Sometimes normal, but will begin to pump up and when is right up to the top blows off and dumps all of its air only to pump up again and again...
Has any one else had a problem like this and solved it.
I trail ride in Montana, am 70 years young and have been riding all my life. I'm a hack bike mechanic and worked on and taught bike mechanics and can likely do my own work if i can get a clue to the suspension behavior.

I have a problem since installing the doebeck controller over a yr ago and my problem is when descending down a hill in high or low range at light throttle it wants to cut out too soon so I'm constantly on and off the gas and it's annoying I can't maintain a light throttle without it doimg this and never had this issue before the programmer and my settings green yellow and red are 6.5 and the other three zones are 4.5 6.5 4.5 just like doebeck recommends and does anyone have and solution or what modes I should adjust?

Looking for a full Led bar for the front grill and a switch. Can you guys share some pictures of your Sportmans 1000 Front Grill ?

Are there any rear end upgrades available or suggested for the Xp 1000 ( similar to the front diff output cover upgrade)?

How about air intake screens on the front inner fender wells to keep out the big stuff?

Hello, new to the forum, my topic isn't exactly a clutching topic but was the closest I could find. sorry if i'm in the wrong topic thread. Anyways changed the engine oil and transmission oil in my 2013 Outlander today and now when I throttle up after putting it in gear it seems to take a long time to idle back down, actually keeps rolling until I apply the brake. I did pull a screw out near the output shaft on the transmission in error thinking this was the drain plug. Put the screw back in but now something seems to be wrong. Would this screw have anything to do with it. Seems like I no longer have a transmission brake. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be?

There's some RZR S 900 wheels I'm looking at, but would like to know if anyone can verify they will fit my Sportsman 570.
They are 12", fronts are 6" wide, rears are 8" wide. Not sure what the offset is, haven't went to look at them yet.
Would they be worth getting or not also. :dunno:

I have a 2015 Sportsman 570 and I'd like to be able to lock up the front storage box while I'm out hunting. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
