I just bought a 2004 Sportsman 600 twin. I attempted to replace the starter solenoid because the machine would only start every 2-3 key turns. After putting the new solenoid in, the atv won't start at all and the solenoid isn't even clicking. I put the old solenoid back on and got the same result. I'm 90% sure I wired the solenoid correctly. What might the problem be?
No Rear Break (soft foot break), No break Lights, will not start in gear
Anyone can help me troubleshoot my issue.
I have no rear breaks, the foot pedal is soft and the break caliper is not moving. Front breaks are working fine (handle bar).
I checked the pads and all three are 80%. Fluid level is good too.
Bike will not start when in gear. It will only start in Parking or Netural.

Stalls after long ride
So we hit the trails ran fast and hard then when we stopped it (850 Sportsman) would not idle (just stall) i let it cool down for 15min then it was hard starting but once i got it going and running it was fine (higher spesd it was perfect) i dont know whats wrong??

Tracks on Big Boss 6×6
I picked up a set of track for my 6x6. The guy a got them from said there is a spacer that only goes on one axle and longer studs to push them out from the machine. Does anyone know what axle the spacer goes on?

It could be a big trek for those that live in lower NY or NJ - BUT there's nothing like this in the Northeast where thousands of riders converge and you can legally ride on many of the roads as well as the 600 miles trails. If you have never been up here, this is a MUST goto event - you won't regret it! As of this date, I have a group going up Friday night, and riding the full day Saturday. The more the merrier. 2013 Sportsman 500HO DynoJet Kit Issue
I installed a DynoJet kit in a 2013 Polaris Sportsman 500HO. I used what the instructions called for with it being stock. I installed the 155 main jet and DynoJet needle with clip in #3 position. The mixture screw is out 2 turns. The issue I'm having is the idle fluctuates between 1000 and 1300 rpm and is very inconsistent. Sometimes almost dying. I've richened up the mixture as well as leaned it out with no change to idle. I'm confused as to how the idle is affected when the pilot jet was never changed. Any ideas what would cause such a varying idle?
