I have a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 with the splines slightly stripped on the shaft. Tried a new slip yoke to no avail! Has anyone drilled and pinned the yoke to the shaft? Did it solve the problem? Is there any other fix other than replacing the shaft coming from the transmission, which is costly?
Weird cranking issues
I have been messing with the stator plate because some how the bolts backed out and lost the timing mark, doesn’t seem to matter where I put it most of the time it will fire right up first click the other time it will crank and crank and crank and then it will back fire and blow the exhaust pipe off at the springs connection and I will have to take the mounting bolt off and pull of the exhaust so the springs will pull it back over the exhaust gasket donut or it will just crank and crank and then slowly start to catch and then it will run perfect, once running it’s an animal just sick of these starting issues. Not sure where to start anymore
2004 Sportsman 400 front tire rub
Anyone know if the front forward offset a-arms for the 05+ sportsman 500’s will fit on a 04 sportsman 400? Reason for asking is i have larger tires on and the front rubs the inside seam of the fenders. Unless anyone knows of a clean way to remove that seam and keep the fenders looking stock. Wasn't sure if jb weld would hold up to the abuse or if small plates and bolts would do it(although this would more than likely look awful and might not work 100%). Any ideas would be appreciated. Just figure the upgraded a arms would be best for clearance and relocating the front tires without cutting and moving the mounts forward.

oil leak
hello everyone, I changed the oil to the rear differential a few kilometers ...
today I realized that my rear differential loses oil on the side of the right axle.
I dismantled the axle shaft and the seal does not seem damaged or worn.
I put too much oil?
I put oil at the level of the filling cap with quad in the plain.
does anyone have similar experience?

intelligent throttle control (itc) for 2019 1000r
Just noticed now the 2019 1000 outlander/renegade get intelligent throttle control (itc).
Not sure I’m sold on the throttle by wire system managing throttle response based on driving mode. I remember reading complaints from commander owners when it was introduced there some years back.
Was all in on a 2019. Now thinking a good deal on a 2018 might be the way to go.

backfiring after gets wet
2014 Ace 325 EFI, about 3500 km
Has run flawlessly until now. Found some deep water, which never bothered it before, but now after getting wet starting backfiring and would be hard to get going. Starts and idles no problem.
Let this dry out over a day and everything was normal. So to test the theory hit the water again and the problem came back.
I've checked all wiring and connections and everything looks good. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Selling on Amazon
Hey Gang,
We sell SO MUCH off Amazon these days -- which is understandable as it's such an easy channel to use. We can get 50-75 orders a day.
If you need winch accessories or want one of our VIPER winches, DENALI plows, FIRESTORM heaters, SIRIUS lights, etc., please feel free to come directly to us as the manufacturing source of all these products. We can do much better than Amazon pricing "off the record" because they require such high fees to sell on their site.
We'd rather pass along big savings to you than pay stupid Jeff Bezos more of our money for the same product.
PM me with questions or quotes.....or you can give us a shout. Thanks!
