4 wheeler went under water. No water in air box or oil, changed oil immediately. Has a very weak spark. Wont hit off starting fluid. I have replaced, coil, spark plug, reverse safety override/kill switch, CDI, voltage regulator, stator and magneto. Any suggestions?

I ride a 2007 Outlander 650 HO and have had it since it was new. I am experiencing a “shuttering” at very low rpm when in high or low gear. I have replaced the belt as well as the one way bearing. That helped a little but something else is wrong. Any thoughts that may help me on this are welcome. Thanks in advance.
2019 “Newly Reimagined Renegade”
Can Am is touting this as the most significant upgrade to the Renegade yet. It looks like it gets arched front a-arms and wheels with more offset, so track width is two inches wider. But the Can Am web page says it has a "fully re-engineered suspension". This sounds interesting, and maybe it is finally time to trade in our 2012 Renegade XXC for a 2019 Renegade XXC. Does anyone know what is different about the suspension for 2019?
