I just got my top end put back together and it wouldn’t start and every now and then it would back fire like a shotgun, so I figure the timing is off and it’s loading up. So I ordered a fly wheel puller and pull it to check the keyway and key, both were in working condition, I grabbed the pulse generator and I could move the plate that the pulse generator and the stator is mounted to and it was very loose, actually looks like it was bouncing around for a little bit, so I need help determining the setting for the plate so the timing is on. I found a timing mark on the case but I am guessing where the other mark was got worn off by the plate bouncing around on the screws. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I have a 01 expedition,the AWD is not working!I checked the wires for juice and the ground wire is also hot!could the magnetic coil be bad? thanks for the help,Ben

Has anyone used MudRat brake rotors and brake pads? Any reviews? Im going through brake pads almost every trip and was hoping these would last me a little longer.

So my 2013 sportsman efi started acting up over winter. I bought it with 1k miles and put 500 on it no problem. I took it out a few times on the ice and it died 2 times over winter started back up no problems. Then I went for my for trail ride this spring and it died after putting on 15miles. Then I'd have to wait 2 minutes start it back up and itbwoukd run fine if I was going 40+mph. But the second i slow down it would die again. Then I let it sit for 2 weeks took it back out and it was fine for the first 15 miles then it died again. The longer I leave it sit the longer it rides. PLEASE any help it wanted. The shops are backed up 2 months so I would like yo try and fix it by myself. I'm thinking overheating fuel pump???

I need to get the mileage and/or hours to show up on the digital display on my 2014 sportsman 570 eps. I push the reverse button and it comes up the word mileage then temperature then goes to regular screen and shows trip 2. Can anyone help me navigate these screens? Thanks, Mike

Have a 550 with a shimmy that comes and goes! going 35 or 40 on hard surface roads it just starts to shimmy and gets worse to the point that I think I should slow down and then it slowly goes away only to come back in a couple hundred feet or so. comes and goes and comes and goes. feels like its more in the front but hard to say. tried changing out a front rim n tire with my buddy but that didn't make a difference. have the exact same tire pressure all the way around. 4 lbs. tried putting 8 in them and that didn't seem to make a difference. all wheels feel tight as do the tie rods? I'm stumped.

curious if the xmr comes from the factory with a 2" lift installed or so they make a 2" lift for it, everything i see is not compatible with an xmr
