Hey yall so i picked up my first can-am 2015 outlander 500 max xt and have a few questions, i did some searching and i probably have a few of my answers but i want to double check before i go order some things.

Whats the best spark plugs to run in my machine here in canada,trail riding and plowing in winter,
Also looking for a few upgrades maybe small lift
also any parts to upgrade from stock like ball joints, tie rods or anything to a better aftermarket ?
Websites to order for this machine here in canada?
Are shocks adjustable on this machine>?
Good place to order the clip and go system items im looking a couple things for rear rack.

I know some of these questions are probably stupid but rather have a second opinion or 3rd makes me feel better.

I bought my 2017 sportsman 570 June of 2017, so last year. My battery is already dead (which I knew was a problem on these before I bought it). Whats the best option for a new battery. I want something that will last awhile. Also has anyone made some kind of casing around the battery to protect it better, due to the terrible spot that they are in.

I'm going to clean this up while apart...manual says to use isoflex. That's $50.00 for a small tube! I don't think it needs very much. Any recommendations on a different lube?

Hi all first post here. Had to find some experts on my 2001 xplorer 400. I've been searching the country for an air box seal part # 5811659. I bought this a few days ago and have been going through it trying to get it back up do par. The person I purchased it from had cardboard under the clips to keep the lid on.
Anyone know we're I could get one. Polaris has discontinued them.
I'm sure this is the first of many questions and probably most of them dumb. If anyone has a direction I could go this would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so new to can am , just bought a 2015 can am 1000 . Riding through mud and water but as soon as I get in deep the motor bogs . Come out of the hole and blast around a little and it lights back up again with out any issues . May take a few min but runs fine after outta the water and mud. Water on the spark plug wires ?
Any help would be great .

I replaced the carb due to it flooding/leaking fuel into the combustion cylinder. Suspected needle and seat of the float. I would also have increased idle after some time of running (15 min or more). So I bought a OEM (not Polaris) off of Amazon, I'm sure it's a China knock off. Fired right up out of the box, adjusted the idle and went out to ride. Idles smooth and runs hard on initial acceleration then it acts like it has a governor, not a full bog just stops pulling up to top speed. If it was a two cycle I would adjust the high speed jet, but there is no adjustment for this on a 4 stroke.

I know this prob isn’t rite area but,,,....

Have a 2018 outlander 1000 xtp,,,,putting the PCV tuner on & took the one fuel line off to get to injector,,anyway,,,,I can’t for the mother fuc&$#) life of me get it to “snap” back on properly,,they are supposed to kinda click/snap back on,,yes?

I squeeze the two push like buttons,,,which are green,push the damn thing on as carefully,hard as I can & the line pulls off still when ya pull on it,,any tips or anything would be greatly appreciated,,,thank you.

2017 sportsman utility version. I need the plug to be hot until I turn it off with the switch. Does anyone know the easiest way to do this??
