’09 850 XP Exhaust options
Hi all. I just bought an '09 850 XP Sportsman and someone had previously put a Big Gun exhaust on it. It would appear based on the fact that the pipe runs into the end of the muffler rather than towards the front of the wheeler that the pipe was changed as well. It's just me, but for how I use this quad I really don't want/need it to sound like a Harley. :smile
Are there quieter "slip on" options where I can simply replace the Big Gun muffler without having to purchase all new factory exhaust? Factory or even slightly louder would be much preferred...
Thanks!

Close Off Panel for Heat Question?
My wife is complaining about the heat on her right leg on her 2016 570 SP EPS. I found some close off panel kit numbers on an older thread here and the one that should fit I believe would be part# 2207445.
The 2 places I called that advertise the kit to see if it would fit say Polaris said my wife's 570 is not part of the bulletin which I think is BS and they won't tell them if it will fit.
It's easier for me to buy the kit regardless if it is on their list or not due to traveling hardships. So I wanted to know if anyone has bought the kit outright and would this one fit her 570 or is it a different part#?
Thanks for any info you can provide!

Now You’re Right Side Up, Now You’re Not + Video
Now You’re Right Side Up, Now You’re Not + VideoThis guy had no problem scaling this small gravel hillclimb, but just when he thought he had made it, the uneven terrain at the top tossed him over on his lid faster than you can say “put a helmet on.” Fortunately for him he only rolled once and didn’t tumble back down the hill. 2007 Sportsman 550 X2 lots of issues…
Hello guys. So I had a buddy drop his quad off for me to take a look at it. The first issue was the quad bogs really bad when he starts working it hard. I am assuming this issue is from all the insulation on the gas tank missing and it almost being out of fuel which would cause the fuel to boil? I am planning to top the tank off and see what If I can re create the issue. The other issue I noticed was that the quad was very hard to push even in neutral. So I jacked it up and spun the front tires by hand and they seemed to spin easy. Then I tried the rear and noticed the RH rear tire was very stiff to rotate and would not even spin when I started the atv. I tried in 2x4 and turf mode and AWD? So I pulled the hub off that side and found the bearing was shot and now the axle spins but the LH now spins intermediately and makes a loud popping noise the odd time then engages and spins then stops? And the front tires also always spin even in 2x4? I am very confused on what is going on here any help would be very much appreciated

Can I order 14 inch wheels on a 2013 outlander max?
The 2013 had 12'' wheels stock. Will 14 inch wheels fit without issue?
I want to buy 28'' mega mayhems and would like beadlock wheels, so I wonder if I should get 12 or 14 inch wheels? What's better?
What wheels should I get? What kind of beadlock model is good? dual beadlock useful? I am looking at the STI HD9, look good, come in 14x7 for front and rear... should work I guess.
Aftermarket wheels don't have the same width as the OEM wheels, will the tires mount ok, will all be ok?
I think the tires are 9 front and 11 rear
shouldnt rub with elkas stage 3?

Throttle stuck at wide open – Won’t start
Finishing up a ride when I hit a blacktop stretch ....I went wide open throttle and tell the rev limiter hit. At that point the throttle was stuck wide-open banging the rev limiter, I hit the kill switch and came to a coasting stop. Play with the throttle didn’t seem to make any difference on being stuck open tried starting the bike all it would do is crank.
Took the throttlebody off and cleaned it out, now the throttle functions properly “ can’t replicate it to get stuck again” however it still won’t start!
Hooked up BUDS and seen the TPS was at 1.5 reset the TPS to 0.0 bike still won’t start.
Thoughts.......
