I've got a 2015 Sportsman 570. The EPS light came on a few weeks ago. I found a few videos online that suggested cleaning the EPS relay. Problem is....I can't find it. Any suggestions on where I can find this....and if this would really work to solve my issue. Thanks.
2018 Outlaw 50.
I purchased this about a month ago, and seem to be having a little trouble with it.
About 1 out of every 10 times you go to start the atv, it wont start. I put the key in, pull the brake ( brake light comes on), hit the start button, and its completely quiet. No clicking of a starter or starter relay. After a few minutes I can try it again and it will fire right up. It actually done this the first time when I was unloading it coming back from the dealer. When it acts up, I can use the kick start and it starts up perfect.
I dont want to work on it too much myself since its still under a warranty, and I dont want to void it.
I called the dealer and spoke with the service department who told me that I had probably flooded it, or that my spark plugs have fouled. Both of these suggestions seem pretty bad considering the motor isnt even turning over, or the starter is making any noise. I was trying to suggest that it was the starter relay, or the start button its self since I cant hear anything when pressing the button.
Anything else I can look for ?

Clutch compatibility
Any one know what size sportsman engines I could use clutches from for my 2000 sportsman 500? I have been having problems with my clutches. Would a primary and secondary clutches from a sportsman 335 work?

Who Needs a Boat or a PWC When You’ve Got a Can-Am Outlander? + VideoWhen you’re a mud junkie, your typical day at the lake looks a little different than the average person’s. We’re not sure if you’d call this redneck tubing or pure ingenuity. Either way, these guys are being resourceful and we’ve got to hand it to them for that. New to can am
Hello to all, looking to join the can am community. I’m familiar with Honda and Yamaha powersports as I own a yxz1000 and a Honda crf450r dirtbike. Looking at purchasing a can am renegade 1000. Want to do my research before I buy and forums are the best way to get real feedback that’s not sponsored content in an atv magazine or a review article online. Looking forward to learning about my future purchase.
Won’t fire
I have a 1999 Polaris Trail Boss 250 two stroke. When I put it up for winter it was fine. This spring it turns over but won't start. I have compression, spark, and fuel, but it won't start. It's like the spark plug somehow shorts out when installed. Even if I put gas in the spark plug hole, it won't fire. I found that if it was in gear and pushed the start button the bike would lurch. Is that a clue? Should it be able to start in gear? If not, where should I start looking? Thanks in advance.

2018 Rene 1000R xxc bent frame?
Well I rolled my machine a couple weeks ago and it seemed to ride fine after. I was getting it ready for the weekend today and decided to drive it up the street. The street is up hill and curves to the left. I noticed it is pulling to the right. I checked my alignment and the front end is toe in by a 1/4”.
I’m thinking the frame might be twisted or bent. I checked the frame over visually and didn’t notice any obvious bends or stress cracks. I measured from rear centre hub to front centre hub on both sides. They both measured the same. Is there any other measurements I can take to check? Am I just being paranoid and it was pulling due to not being on a flat level surface? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!!
Edit: with my handlebars straight, if I measure each side from end of Grips to rear LinQ rack, there is an inch difference. If I measure from end of Grips to the same point on the rear fender on each side it is the same. Twisted the rack?

2018 650 XT first hunt review
I just got back from a 12 day Turkey hunt on the North Rim using my new 2018 650 XT.
After outfitting it to my liking for hunting, it looks a lot different than when I Picked it up.
One thing I am not a fan of is the racks that Can Am puts on the XTs. So I removed the rear rack and installed a platform that holds my 36x20x13H lockable aluminum storage box. There is room left over on the platform to strap on a ground blind on the rear, and a Rifle/shotgun boot on the right side.
I wish that Can Am would put a rack similar to what the 2004 Arctic Cats had. Those IMO, are the best racks ever made.
First off I had to race the Grizzly in our camp just to see... And that was the last time I really used all of the power it has. Most of the time I never exceeded about 33% throttle. Most riding was 20 to 40 mph.
In 700+ miles and 10 logged fillups, it averaged 29.7 MPG! Not all fill ups were full tanks, as sometimes I needed a full tank for the trip I was going on, but over 10 tanks the potential for filling errors diminishes a lot. I had as low as 21 MPG and as high as 32 MPG. Type of riding had the biggest impact. The 21 tank had a lot of 4low log hopping, the the 32 had a lot of 25-30 mph trail riding.
Still, my Arctic Cats have averaged only 16 MPG under the same conditions
The 650 XT easily goes over 100 miles on a tank. Something that the Arctic Cats can barely manage with a larger 6.5 gallon tank.
Range is a really big deal hunting out west, and the 650 XT shined in this area.
Speaking of shining, the Baja Designs LED lights, and cowl projector lights are awesome. They are expensive but they work great, and leave my front rack free for other uses.
If they ever come out with a low beam setup, I will be first in line to buy it.
The cup holders on the windshield cowl actually work pretty well with the right size water bottles or gatorade etc. The mirrors on the cowl, in spite of the rinky dink mounting system work a lot better than I thought they would.
And the DPS has a positive impact on the above items. When I first rode the 650 XT, the DPS felt strange, so I used the Min setting . After getting used to that, I moved up to medium.
Then one day on a badly washboarded road I noticed my water bottles dancing and mirrors shaking, I switched the DPS to Max, and it smoothed out instantly. I used the Max setting from then on.
The turning radius is a full 4' tighter than the Arctic Cats. I rarely had to do a 3 point turn on this trip.
I really like the factory heated grips. The buttons are much larger than the aftermarket ones, allowing gloved hands to easily work them.
The Fox podium shocks.... Everyone that rode it loved them. The one issue I see is that the left rear one runs hotter than the others due to the exhaust. I have ordered some heat tape to hopefully improve on this.
The extra high windshield works really well on cold mornings compared to what I have had before.
Not a lot of mud this trip, but from what I can see, it appears that the fenders with the extensions will keep the mud off of me OK.
My bike equipped to hunt with me on it is a heavy weight. The Rotax 650 is impressive.
Under light throttle it is amazingly quiet. A real plus for a hunting quad.
But give some throttle and it's personality changes as it snarls like a lion with a bad attitude.
Overall, I like this bike a lot and hope it lasts as long as my Arctic Cat did.

850ho
Hey guys, new to the forum. Quick question, I am looking at a set of wheels off a 2016 Sportsman 850HO, they are 14" wheels but bolt pattern is the same as my 09 500HO, which has the stock 12" wheels and tires. Does anyone know if I'll have any issue mounting the 14s on my 09 sportsman?
