05 Sportsman 500 Ho

In need of a wiring diagram for my 05 Sportsman 500 Ho. and maybe some helpful pointers. Not getting any power, lights, or turning over. Put a new battery in, trickle charged it over night, multi meter reading 12.6 volts, still nothing, made sure all connections were on. Tested solenoid top terminal reading good, bottom terminal nothing. Assumed that was the problem, bought new one and same thing nothing on bottom terminal. Dug a little further, read a blog about the in line fuse coming right off the battery, replaced that, still no power when I turn the key on. Dug a little more read about possibly the e.c.m. bought a new one crossed my fingers, low and behold...still nothing. So here I am looking for help before I just go buy a new one..which I doubt the wife will agree with.

True 27″ tire

I'm sure some of you have had this problem before, I bought a set of 27x9x14/27x11x14 bighorn 2.0s when I got my bike hoping to gain a bit of ground clearance, took the measuring tape to them and I was surprised to see they barely measure 26'' (heck the 26" I had on my gade measured taller than these).
My question is, if I get some 28x9x14/28x11x14 bighorn 2.0s will these measure 27" or the true 28"?
Also open to recommendations on other "true" 27" tall trail tires.

Thanks in advance.

2003 Sportsman 650 twin

Hello y'all

Just got what I am told is a Polaris Sportsman 650 Twin. I can't find anything about it anywhere. Is it possible that it is actually a "600", decal seems to be rubbed off conveniently. Can someone help me ID this thing for real?

New to me 2017 Scrambler

Hey all. First post for me. I've had quads my whole life but in 2010 I purchased a sportsman 550 EFI. Great bike capable of any ride with zero mods. Still have it but craved that awesome power that most only hear about so in June 2017 bought a 2014 can am 1000. Awesome power but felt like I was riding horseback. Sold that bike two weeks ago for a profit and decided to go back to Polaris and found a 2017 Scrambler 1000xp. Seems like it will be a mean machine. Feels great to me ergonomically and sounds badass. Just now I'm hearing the rumors of it's faults of course. One being that the exhaust heats up so much it melts plastics, and that the differentials are known for breaking down . If any of you Scrammy owners have any input I'd love to hear from you. Never be had a mechanical problem with my 550 ever. Hoped this bike will follow suit. Haha.. thanks.

tire and wheel recommendation

I'm looking for new set of tires and rims for 2007 sportsman 800. found some on ebay that seem to good to be true... at $568 (25" QUADKING ATV TIRE & GOVERNOR M/B WHEEL KIT POL3CA). Anyone have experience with these tires and will they perform in a soft soil marshy setting? If anyone has recommendation for another place to purchase or a style tire rim combo I'd be happy to hear it. I am currently using the stock tire and rims (26-11-12 / 26-8-12)

Looking for open style wheel bearing greaser

Hi to all !

I have seen a wheel bearing greaser (opened in the center) where you only have to remove the axle nut and hub and the wheel bearing greaser just slides over the axle up to the bearing to grease it.

No need to remove the axle from swing arm. Very easy and simple.

Can't find one for my 2016 Outlander Max 850 XT.

Anyone of you guys have found one ?
Does it exist ?

Thanks for your help
