Me and my buddy went out riding a creak and well I got a little deep... my buddy finally gets out of his hole and hooks up to me to pull me out and gives me a good tug and then all of suddent my atv starts to sputter out and it dies.... So we get it out and towed it home. Drained the water out of clutch and air box and found why it dies the air filter had fallen off. So we put it back on after cleaning it and changed the oil and checked rest of the fluids and started it up and it had this code on 0 84 2 can't seem to find what this code means.
rim and tire assistance
OK this might be more assurance than assistance but here goes. Anyway I'm still looking for a set of turf/road tires for my dad's 99 sportsman 500. the rims currently on it are 10x8 and 12x6 respectively and both are 25" tall tires. Anyway I was looking for tires and realized tires and rims are the way to go but the local polaris dealer has me confused when i called about take off's. Can newer rims fit on there I have been told the bolt size changes but the 4x156 is the same. I found a set someone is getting rid of off a sportsman 600 that uses front and back 25x11x12 and 25x8x12 respectively and was curious if those would fit ok or just stick with original? Sorry for probably such a simple question hopefully someone can help.
Need some help with a superwinch 3000 installation.
I am installing a superwinch 3000 on my 2015 Can Am commander 1000.
Alot of the wiring is already there. Does it already have a Circuit breaker on it? I know its already wired and has the cable going to the battery to just behind the radiator. The Super winch came with a circuit breaker, can I skip that or do I need to install that? Also any ideas on where you mount it? Any hints on what bolts to use or ideas would be appreciated 2) Any hints on Mounting the Solenoid? I see where You can bolt right behind the front passenger wheel, What kind of nuts and bolts did you get? 3) do you have to cut off the ends on the prewired wires to attach to the solenoid?

26″ BigHorns on 14″ wheels or dedicate muds?
In the next few months I plan to get a new set of wheels/tires for my Renegade. I'm torn on 26x9 and 26x11 all around great tires like BigHorn's on 14" wheels or a set of 27" mud tires/wheels I can swap onto my machine when I will be riding in muddier conditions. I ride all types of terrain from hard pack trails, sand, rocky terrain and some mud.
What would you guys suggest for a set of mud tires? I don't want this to be a dedicated mud machine so I don't want to clutch it for that purpose. Can I run 27's safely? 28's I'd imagine are too big and I'd need to at least put a clutch kit in. I just don't want to bother as I don't plan to ride in the mud all the time. What would you suggest for a good mud tire setup? Ideally they'd be very good in the mud and also decent on the trail.
I haven't ridden on BigHorn's so not sure how good they are in the mud or how heavy they are. I know muds are a lot heavier. Maybe 27" BigHorn's? I'm open to suggestions.

2006 Polaris Scrambler 500 4×4
Got an 06 polaris scrambler 500 4x4. So far I have changed oil, oil filter, tranny fluid(by accident), balljoint, rear bearings! A few days later My chain broke, and was cracked an stretched in a few spots, front sprocket shot, and my fresh rear bearings toast! Bought a new chain(Oring) and sprockets, haven't gotten new bearings yet, but I started to do the front sprocket, removed snap clip took out old sprocket and the plastic "case saver" was worn! STUCK! Tomorrow gonna try to get a new one, then will finish the rear end! If anybody has any hints or tips that may be useful please chime in with any useful advice! Thanks!
Swing arm bearings
There are after market bearings for this. After going to the dealer to get the replacement bearings , I was flattened by the price ,which came to $134.99 CA each plus tax. I called a local bearing dealer ( called Wajax ) who found the exact same bearings at $80 each. It’s a NSK bearing . # 45BWD06CA93. Its a metric bearing. Hope this helps someone. Cheers

Add Secondary Battery
Hi guys, my dad has a 2017 Maverick XC 1000r and was wondering about adding a second battery to it. I'm amazed at how small the battery is in this thing compared to the one in my Outlander XT. We were riding one day in the snow a little bit and after sitting outside for only an hour or so, wouldn't start, we had to boost it from a truck that was nearby. Has anyone undertaken such a task? If you have I'd really like to hear how and where you positioned all of your components and how you mounted everything. Thanks!
Do you remove the warning stickers on a new machine?
Seems like more of them than ever now...but if you take them off and resell the bike are you liable?
