2014 XMR, 6” Catvos with Turner eagle axles. Have 2 ripped axle boots, one on the front outer and one on the rear inner. I need help finding these boots guys. Local can-am dealer does not have the correct size, and the only place that I’ve found them online is the Catvos website... for $50 shipping.... anyone know where I can get these from? Or a good quality universal that will fit? Thanks.

Help !! Hand Warmers / Heated Grips overheating. 2009 Sportsman 850 XP Browning Edition. Getting 13 volts to grip on right side with switch off. (both switches test good w/ meter) Also getting 4 volts to left side grip with switch off. ( separate switches for each grip ) Can anyone tell me where to find what control's the voltage to the grips ? I think this is where the problem lies.

all wires are good in the headlight pod. resistor or diode ??? where is it located ?

I have a 2008 Sportsman 300, when I bought it didn't have the front axles and the right front diff seal was missing. I installed new front axles and a new right side seal for the diff. I noticed after it was all put back together a few days later a drop or two of fluid on the floor. I am going to install another new seal but would like to get input from you folks about some things to do or not do, what to double check, surfaces etc. I spent a lot of time on this thing and I'm down to the last snag. I got the seal number from this forum not a Polaris seal, it seemed to install great but it was my first one I did. Should I have gotten a real Polaris seal?

Yesterday I rode approximately 20miles in 40 degree weather on ice and snow. I parked the machine for about 2 hours went to go back to my truck with my machine and once I put it into high gear and started moving it wouldn't run any more than an idle with out cutting off and bucking. Check engine light was on, I didn't see a code. there was some snow packed around the battery. Today is started and ran without a problem and I was able to get the machine to over 50mph without an issue.

Im just looking for some insight of what the problem may have been from people who are much smarter than I. If this has been posted by someone else, I apologize in advance I didn't see it.

my Check engine light came on today. it started bogging when hitting the throttle in gear. i limped back to shore(i was on the lake). let it idle a bit and it was fine . drove another 6 miles and it happened again. the light goes on and off, when problem was . ATV was wet, but not submerged, maybe 4 inches of water. from what i read i have to get the codes when the check engine light is on. anyway i can get them now?

i dont want to go to dealer , and have him say, its fine. then get out in the woods and have an issue.

also, anybody have the EXACT instructions on how to get the diagnostic codes. my manual shows a display with a mode button on it. my mode button is my reverse override switch.

We were playing in the snow with our 2014 sportsman efi when the headlights dimed and the instrument panel went out, a couple seconds later the engine died. Went to restart and it just clicked instead of turning over. Put on charger for a few hours. Started fine then problem repeated. Started pack up rode for few minutes then repeat. Checked voltage on battery when running had 14.8 volts. Please help.
