Recently my 2002 polaris sportsman 500 ho has developed a stutter at around half throttle. It will sometimes be able to break over it and sometimes it will just get stuck on that certain rpm. I've checked the cam, adjusted valves, replaced cdi box, cleaned and adjusted carb, replaced spark plug and nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?

Have a fellow employee and friend who is getting rid of some of his dads stuff from an Alzheimer’s issue. He has a 2003 Polaris sportsman 500. His dad bought it new for the hunt club which he was only in for 2-3 years then it mainly sat, and hasn’t been used in years since then. I went and looked at it today, battery was dead but hooked up to a battery starter/charger it powered up awesome, had good compression and a strong starter. I could not get it to turn over as I believe there is bad gas and a gummed up carb. The camo is faded, but in good solid condition otherwise. Not broke or damaged. If I buy this what should I expect to pay, what should I do besides oil and gas, is the belt an issue, anything else I should look for?

Please excuse the mess, I was told his dad kept an immaculate garage till Alzheimer’s started kicking his ass.

I just bought a 15 xmr and it has snorkel extensions on it and I'm wanting to return it to the factory xmr snorkels but I'm not sure if they've been cut or what is there anyway to get a parts diagram for it to see if they have?

What years are the gen 1 outlander plastics different? Are they interchangeable?

I put 27 inch mudlites on my hd5 and Obviously the power is down in high range. I was trying to find a clutch kit but no luck. Any suggestions?? Anyone else have the same problem and find a good solution?

On the heels of yesterday’s official unveiling of the new Polaris RZR RS1, Red Bull Global Rallycross is pleased to announce that the new model will be the exclusive vehicle used in the series’ new side-by-side class, Polaris GRC. Hey all,

I own a 2004 sportsman 500 HO. I am interested in upgrading the factory lights to LEDs. I've done some poking around online with the part numbers and nothing in particular seems to be too impressive, also website interface isn't the most user friendly in the world.

I'm looking for suggestions on different options to look into as far as bulb replacements so please respond with any suggestions that you may have. I'd also like to find a website that is good for buying different accessories for atv's that has a clean interface and is easy to use. Thanks in advance!

01 425 Expedition. Carburetor rebuilt 3 months ago, starts fine, idles fine. Give it throttle and she fires all over the place. How can I test ignition coil?
