2011 Renegade Idle Problem

Hi Guys,

First I apologize for my bad english. I learned english at school, 15 years ago ;-)

I Hope someone can help me with my ride. I´m at the end of my knowledge.

My 2011 Renegade 800 idles from 1050-1450. it doesn´t matter if the engine is warm or cold.
I Think there are little missfires up to 4000rpm. Above the engine run feels more smooth.
The Engine has about 9500 km and 350 hrs.
Power feels like it is normal. There are no tuning parts, everything is stock.

Here is a little video of my idle issue:

I attached some pictures of the old spark plugs.

The following things have been checked or replaced (most of the used parts have been taken from a well working Renegade 500)

Spark plugs new
Ignition Coil and wires
Voltage regulator
Pressure & Temp Sensor
Crankshaft Position Sensor
Idle Bypass Valve
Speed Sensor
Fule Pressure (49 Psi, same as the working Renegade 500)
Throttle Body cleaned
Injectors have a nice spray
Airfilter
Valve clearance adjusted

I hope someone has a good idea what to do/check next.

Greetings from rainy and grey germany

Alex

Big bore kit mapping??

Hello there new here. 2011 sportsman 800 I just bought a kit 83mm pistons, Web cam, crank, rods and new cylinder , my question is for my pc5 I can't seem to find a safe fuel map that I can start tuning from . Dyno tuning is not an option as I live waaay up north , I've been trying to get tech support from the place for 2 weeks now on a map for their kit but they never get back to me. I don't want to burn up a new motor.

2018 scrammy 1K color options

Ok so I'm in the market for a new wheeler and I'm thinking the scrambler 1000 is what I want. So doing some research and I came across some YouTube vids that show the 2018 in a gray color scheme. But when I go to the Polaris website it only shows it in the Havasu red that it was offered in this summer. And to add to the confusion a buddy of mine was at the warhorse warehouse in PA and in talking to the salesmen said it is offered in camo to boot. If anyone could shed some light on this I'd appreciate it.

Another ACS problem

Alright guys,
I purchased a 2012 xmr 800 several months ago so no longer on a L series anymore. Its been great until now where it will air up and go to level 6 but when i try to air down it does one purge and stops and will not lower. I've checked everything and read several posts but none seem to have this problem. I looked at the compressor and the solenoid and both look fine. The only thing that concerns me is a hose attached to the back of the air box is melted and just sitting there and i cant figure out what it attaches to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

HMF Titan QS Slipon Discoloration After 5 minutes

This past weekend, I installed a brand new HMF Titan QS on my Sportsman 850. I did not opt for the HMF Fuel optimizer - as I also just purchased a Dynojet Power Vision CX from RVS. I am currently waiting for my custom tune.

Once I installed the new HMF slip-on, I took a quick ride around my neighborhood. I understand that the ATV will run lean until I flash the custom tune - but didn't think the attached image would be the result after 5 minutes of riding...

Is this anything to be worried about? And will the pipe get discolored like that regardless if its running lean? I'm not going to ride anymore until I get my tune.
