I had just purchased a polaris 325 trail boss and i have blown the fuse under the seat 3 times already ..Only used it 4 times .. now after putting in a new fuse i have no power to the ignition, or winch but i still have headlights..? any suggestions?

So... I have a 2000 sportsman 500. My sheaves got gouged by a rock! Not real sure how it got in there but...I took primary and secondary off of a 2002 sportsman 700. Switched the weights from my 500 primary into the 700 primary. Then I switched the spring and helix from my 500 secondary into the 700 secondary, used my belt from the 500 and it works!!!!! Anyone ever try this? Please comment.

Sent the block to Wisconsin US chrome and they re-plated I.t, I installed new pistons ,rings, bearings, basically everything and put her all back together and rode about 5 hours so far. Everything is good no oil in the airbox, no oil consumption yet

Hello, I'm looking for help with replacing the waterpump on my 2000 Polaris sportsman 500. It is leaking from the weep hole. In the manual it says I need to spit the crank case to replace the seals. Do I really need to do that. Please help!!!!

I have a brand new clutch kit I bought for my 2013 Sportsman XP 850 that I never installed. The packaged has been opened but nothing was ever installed. Original price $270. It's been sitting in my garage for months so not trying to make money but just cover the cost and hassle of shipping.

hi, for the life of me, i cant find a blue tinted bulb to fit my 2004 scrambler 500 headlights. the know nothing girls at polaris are no help. all i want is a blue tinted bulb that fits. dont care if it only has lo beam, altho i would prefer hi and lo beam.

hi, never thought it would be this difficult to find a blue tinted headlight bulb for my 2004 scrambler 500. even called the know nothing girls at polaris. had to just hang up. so, all im looking for is a blue tinted bulb that fits my headlights. the numbers on the back of my stock bulb are 81425 and 5132. all i want is a bulb that will fit with a blue tint. dont care if it only has lo beam, altho id prefer hi and lo beam.

I have had 2 right rear shocks go bad in 310 miles both shocks have gone bad since the new heat shields & block off panels were installed at the dealer , my dealer has been in contact with polaris and they say they have'nt seen this before , I have an open case but am already tired of this , I'm also a former polaris tech for 2 different dealerships , am retired now but I know that this is unacceptable , was wondering if anyone else has seen this ?
