Hi Everyone - Just picked up an 08 Sportsman 800.
Added a plow, fixed a bunch of "Stupid" errrr, "Fixes" and looking forward to this workhorse helping me out around the property!
Already found some useful info - Thanks!
I am considering buying a 2003 Sportsman 700 that is in great shape however it has 4200 miles. No visible leaks (I’ve Looked underneath) and its been garage kept. It runs great and has new tires. My concern is the miles. Is this atv reaching the end of its road, so to speak, or does it still have a lot of miles in front of it (provided that I take good care of it)? I’m new to atv’s so I need some advice.

My wife's 2014 Outlander 500 has a leak. We live in Minnesota and currently it is cold. I was moving the machine from one shed to another and then I saw the puddle. The puddle is near the left font wheel and I originally thought it had to do with the boot. However, after further looking it is coming from higher up and it appears to be anti-freeze. I moved it to our garage and the temp is about 20 degrees above in there. It did this last spring and my dealer said don't worry about. It didn't leak all summer but now it started again. Anyone have the same issue and how did you fix it?
I would like to be able to access my gallery, to post a previous pic but all it'll let me upload is from the live camera
Buying a 2018 570 Max DPS this week. I am already spending much more than I should, but it is the right machine for what I want to do. There is a promotion going on right now, where I can extend the measly 6mo warranty an extra 2 years or take $300 off.
I am using it for plowing during, yard work and light trail riding with my kids.

Well, I bought a 2014 Polaris 570 with a plow last year for $5k. Drove it all summer, and then when I was warming it up to get ready for the first snow storm of the season it stalled and never started again. The engine seized. Oil was full and clean. When I bought it, I was looking at two different dealerships (passed up a new CFMoto for the slightly used 570). The CFMoto dealer told me to keep an eye on the oil because one of his other customers had one seize on him.
The dealership I bought it from gave me $1000 for the dead ATV in trade, and cost on a new machine. They priced out a used engine at $3K (their cost). I chose to go with a Can-Am 570 Max DPS. I want to thank everyone for their help and information over the past year, but I doubt I will ever own another Polaris again.
