AWD not engaging. Took it to my local Polaris Dealer. They said when the switch is to AWD. It's working. ITS NOT! Nearly killed myself trying to load it on my truck. Also, they said not to worry about the E when in neutral and low that came up not too long ago. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Got this from Amazon the other day:

And decided to install today. I think it came out pretty good. (Pats self on back). Simple job. I drilled the hole with a hole saw (VERY CAREFULLY) and it's just a simple + and - hookup. I tapped the red wire from the back of the cigar lighter socket to power it, so that it turns off with the key.

*Note... I'm not sure why, but the actual numbers would not show up on camera. In person... they are as clear as could be.

i have a 2008 out lander i got on a trade. it starts up, but stalls out when i give it gas. monitor says limp home. I have noticed moisture at the top of both cylinders, and a loss of engine oil. I am really looking forward to getting this thing running. any advice would be greatly apreacieated.:crying

My PIA 2008 Sportsman 500 EFI Project has reached hurdle 347(ish). This thing has been under water in the past and was eventually run out of oil before sitting for a few years.

After getting the engine back together and in the unit I attempted to fire it up for the first time since I owned it.

Started up and idled, not sure of idle speed, it seemed low to me but I'm new to this. Ran for 2 or three 1-15 second bursts trying to prime the pump. I gave it just a bit of gas and the engine revved slightly then died. I have not been able to get it to restart.

The display shows the following codes which I am unable to clear.
22 TPS Low/high
45 MAP low
46 MAP high
47 IAC Short to ground
51 injector open or shorted to ground or battery

1) has spark
2) cam timing is correct
3) fuel pressure at the injector
4) fresh fuel


Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I just picked up an 06 sportsman 500 HO EFI with 700 miles on it. The 4x4 will not disengage. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Just bought a new 2018 Xmr1000r Renegade and was wondering if there a harness at the rear of the quad for a reverse light to be added? How did you boys wire up yours to come on in reverse?:aniwheeler6:

Hello, I'm about to pull the trigger on a plow for my outlander 850. Have narrowed it down between a warn pro vantage front mount, kfi, and kimpex. Anyone have any opinions, advice, or any other help? Any help is appreciated.

I have a 650 outlander,2012 year and if its cold it has this issue starting. When you turn the key on it will not start, will not turn over, will not do anything. If you just let it sit with the key on for a while all of a sudden the lights will come on and then it will start up. You can then run it, stop it and shut it off and it will work fine. But let it sit for 2-3 hours it does it all over again. ????

I have a DS90 4 stroke that I bought for my grandson. It was running when it was parked 7 years ago. I cleaned the carb and all the fuel lines but when I tried to start it it doesn't fire up. I'm not getting any spark at the plug. I checked every connection terminal and the 2 fuses I found they all look fine. I need some help with what to check next. I don't want to start replacing parts that may or may not be faulty.
