Please help me ID my quad!

Hello from Cleveland, OH!!! I just bought an older Polaris 350L 4x4 in need of work. I was told it was an early 90s, possibly but the guy didn't really know much about it himself. He said it was part of a trade deal and he just wanted it out of his garage. The price was right so I couldn't pass it up... the only problem is I know nothing about 4-wheelers! :) My friend is going to do most of the work but I'll like to at least find out the year and model for him.

So, first thing I'll like to do is find out the year so that I can print out the right wiring diagram for him. I'll like to have my buddy rebuild it the right way with all its lights and buttons in right working order. It also came with a plow/ newer winch set up so knowing that info really helps sort out the harness.
I did a little bit of research but couldn't come up with anything. However, I was able to locate a stamped serial # on the right side of the frame. ( 1770956 ) There's no model decal on it other than a 350L 4x4 decal and the Polaris one.

Any experts out there that can determine what year and possibly model it is by the number provided above? Any help is appreciated! Thanks! I'll try to post pics in the morning!

Buying just the foam for an air filter

I had a mouse get into my air filter and shred the foam in my 2017 Outlander 650 Max XT. The rest of the filter seems alright. Is there somewhere I can buy just the foam for a 707800371 filter. Wouldn't mind saving a few bucks if I could get the foam for $10 vs the entire filter for $50. Thanks in advance.

service manual

Hello i recently got a 2000 expedition 425 in very rough shape. The guy i got it from told me it was a 2002 so i purchased a 2002 expedition 425 manual. come to find out after i checked the vin it is a 2000. I am giving it a complete tune up with all new fluids and i bought everything the 02 manual said i would need. My question is now is anything completely different between the 2 years and also what about the amounts of fluid will they be the same atleast? The 02 manual says 5oz for front diff will the 2000 take 5oz as well? I have all the fluids and want to start but the new manual wont be here for a week.

Would there be a way to add a temp gauge to a 450?

Just wondering... would there be a practical way to add a temp gauge to a 450 engine? I read it's fairly easy to do on the V-twins, because the other cylinder has a dummy plug where the temp gauge goes on the opposite cylinder. What about us 1 cylinder guys? Out of luck? I also have a plan for a volt meter, but that's easy.
