Hello all. New here with polaris. Where would you guys recommend buying parts for my 2002 expedition 425. As of now i know i need all new fuel lines and a new petcock.

Hello all, hopefully someone can give me some direction on these 2 codes that have came up on my scrammy. Below are the 2 codes.

1 520194 2
0 520194 3

From what I have read these are related to the TPS. As of now it comes on and goes off at random times but when it does the bike falls on its face and looses all power. Should I just replace the TPS or is there other things I should check and do first. All advice is greatly appreciated!

I was thinking about putting a windshield on my Outlander Max, something that I could take on and off easy. I don't really want the Can Am fair lead windshield kit I just want a windshield that will fit over my existing hand guards. Any ideas?

What are people using for covers when transporting their ATVs? With salt season coming up I want to try and preserve the undercarrige a bit if possible. Ive seen the cabelas ones but just seeing if there is anything better on the market.

Hi guys - new to the forum, just checking in to say hi.

Special thanks to ThorsHammer for inspiring me to build my own skid plates. I just finished the front and back plates now moving on to the front and rear A-Arms. I still need to find some button head hex bolts, so if anyone knows where I can find some please point me in the right direction. Also, does anyone know what the bolt size is for the bolts under the winch? Here are some pic's of progress thus far. . -- Thanks ya'll

Im having issues with the ecu in my sportsman 570 sp 2015, and have decided to get a new ecu. Does the ecu have to get coded/calibrated before plugging it into my sportsman or is it just plug n play?
