Hey guys! Just bought my first new Polaris after being a die hard Canned Ham guy for years!! I’m hoping my new Scrammy holds up better than the Renegade did for me! Already got a long list of parts coming for it, so I’ll keep you guys posted as the build progresses over the course of the winter!!

Polaris sportsman 570 -15 speedometer not work at all. And key on the speedometer needle bounces a little around 0mph 1 time like a calibrating and then nothing. Anyone have any ideas? and i have a new speedometer but still makes same ? and ive checked that diagnostic tool and nothing fault codes ?

Hello everyone, having some electrical issues with my 2017 renegade, just wondering where the main fuse box is located.


this all started on my last drive, everything seemed fine at first but after a short time it went into limp mode with a hi temp message, and the fan wasn't coming on at all. seems strange to me so I'm thinking a bad fuse/relay or temp sensor...


can anyone shed some light on this issue for me??

Well today turned out to be a crappy day, some meth addict decided to steal my Ranger 900 along with my neighbors RZR 800 and take them for a joy ride. Luckily the Kentucky and Virginia police along with some other people help me locate it in the woods and get it home. Now I'll have to replace the tire they busted along with the key switch they destroyed starting it with a screw driver. Also on a good note they know who it is and are looking for him so he can be arrested. I just I hope I find him before they do so I can give him the ass stomping he deserves.

I have a set of 2015 xp 1000 fox shocks for sale and need to know what years of the sportsmans they will fit. Does someone have a definitive answer?

New to the forums but have been reading on here for some time and there has been a great deal of knowledge learned from you guys, thanks.

I have a 2002 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO Freedom Edition and I noticed the lights on the switches itself for high beams and the run off switch are not lighting. Would anyone happen to know what wire color should I be looking for to trace these or do they share a common ground? I'm guessing a wire might be disconnected somewhere that they are not lighting or possible burned bulb but correct me if I'm wrong in thinking that's it's a led in there.

anyone know if a tire shop can actually
install truck type rim weights on a atv rim ? Those stick on weights never stay on, even pn a car rim, I picked up some older Itp xtr 6 ply mudlights in like new condition for basically nothing but as expected they shake at 30 mph with 6 psi in them and with 4 psi they shake at around 42 mph.
Any lower tire pressure and tire could spin on rim, ??
one tire has a tube in it.
i had that happen once on a tire with a tube in it, ride home was not fun,! lol

I got a 16 sportsman 570 with a brand new battery, when I start it it idles fine and when I go to rev it it starts popping real nasty and dies...if I try it passing cables with a truck or something it revs up perfect but by itself it won?t it idles very rough...any help what it can be? Will post a video
