Any tips or tricks to remove the clutch without the 2870913 Clutch puller? I thought someone said this would come right off? LOL
Thanks..

Hey Gang,
Hoping for a little help here. I've done some searching but can't find anyone with this same issue.
My kids 90 sportsman (2005 I think) hasn't been run in a few years. It kept dying everytime he started it so it was put away in the garage for a couple years. The other day he got motivated and wanted to work on it so we took apart the carb and saw the bowl was gummed up with white crusty stuff. We cleaned it all out, cleaned the carb and now she fires right up!
The problem is that it's running extremely rough (and really loud). With the choke on it keeps backfiring and sputtering, choke off it doesn't backfire but still runs rough. When you push the throttle it sort of has a mind of it's own and revs up and down, it's very unresponsive.
Video Here:
I checked the plug and it's definitely running rich. There are no exhaust leaks. I adjusted the carb idle screw 1.5 turns out from seated. What else should I adjust or inspect?
Thanks in advance!
Does anyone know if Ranger 900 wheels will fit on a Sportsman 570? I was told that the machines had different hubs and the wheels would not fit the Sportsman.

I was having issues with my 01' sportsman 400 overheating. Bought a new filler neck and put it on and it seems to have solved the overheating issues. The problem I am having now is that when I have the throttle wide open, the quad bogs down and loses speed. Thoughts on a fix? I was thinking clean the carb but not sure if that is the solution or not?

I posted this on the 570 forum and no answer, I thought I might get more info here.
On my wife's 570 with ESP both the engine light and ESP light came on during riding. She stopped and turned it off and it restarted fine and both lights came on again after a little while. I also notice the gear indicator was gone just a horizontal line there. Passing the yellow button also would not page through the display or do anything.
We turned around to be safe. It did it one more time on way back. Again turning off and restarting made lights go off. On the last bit back to the trailer she noticed the engine light flickered a couple of times but did not stay on just the ESP light did.
I monitored battery voltage and took it for a short ride. The voltage seemed fine around 13-14 volts.
I have not had a chance to look at it yet. Any ideas where to start?
A little info the Voltage regulator went bad last year, it was going over voltage.
Battery is new AMG, I checked all connections everything looks good.
I did get the code 520226 when just the EPS light went on. Then later it did both lights and could not read codes.
Also I have 2 so if you have ideas what to swap to test I am open to ideas.
