Exhaust Vibration

The exhaust pipe going through the Quad is vibrating on a rubber mount. This is causing vibration and will eventually cause a hole.

There are three bolts holding the mount in a triangle shape. The bolt to the lower left is causing the noise. I have a picture but do not k ow how to load it up.

Interchangable bumpers? 2019 Highlifter

I purchased a 2019 Sportsman 850 Highlifter and was wondering if the 1000 highlifter front and rear bumpers are interchangable? I know some of the older units are, but not sure on the 2019 model.

2018 outlaw 50

Got this for my little guy for Christmas. He really just started riding it as weather is finally decent. The machine runs good for a hour or two. Then will start to stall and wont run or start up. So far I changed the plug and checked gapping. Did all the other basics. Checked oil level , air filter , fuel filter. I run 87 regular fuel with star tron in it. Haven't got very much use of it yet and now he wants to ride but it's a nightmare when this happens to a brand new machine.

Anyone have any advice or something to add.

Next step is back to dealer. I only have the standard warranty and didnt purchase the extended warranty as I didn't think I would need one. Now I am worried I will need it.

New to me 2004 Sportsman 90–Some questions….

Just about to purchase this for my daughter (from the second owner). Looks to be in really good condition (new carb being installed as we speak). Anything I should be on the lookout for? Any known issues, especially regarding the oil injection system? Any cheap (aka-free) mods that I should look to do to it?

Hello from Northern VA!

Just about to purchase a used 2004 Sportsman 90. Its for my little girl (7 yo) and I cant wait to give it to her. Very little time to spend with her (in law enforcement) so needed a way to spend time outside of the house doing something fun.
