I have a 2000 xplorer 250, when I pulled off air box from carb I noticed one of the plug bb's laying in carb, question is which hole does it plug, can I use something else to plug hole and its purpose? thanks
Oil injector pump rebuild kit 1991 Trail Boss
The oil injector pump is leaking from the top plate which is held down by 4 screws. I removed the cover plate, the gasket was deteriorated and a small piece fell out. The piece that fell out is a small brass kind of round T shape. I am unable to locate an injector pump rebuild kit and I am checking to see where this goes in the pump.
I am installing the engine after an upper rebuild. I did not have the atv long before having to do the rebuild and am thinking if the pump was not operating properly that may be the reason the rings were ruined and the cylinder was damaged. The outer screw on top will not turn and I did not try to put too much pressure on it if this is not meant to be removed. I was thinking about removing the pump all together and doing a pre mix however the pump phillip screw heads are rounded which is another red flag that the pump had been taken off previously. So kind of in a holding pattern until I figure out how to put the pump back together and try to test it after that. I am planning to make a gasket with Permatex blue rtv.
Any assistance or ideas would be great.

Rear golf cart style jump seat?
I’ve got a 2018 touring sportsman 570, and I’m wondering if there has ever been some sort of golf cart seat mod to give you 2 rear facing seats for hauling kids or people when you are using the ATV as a people hauler.

SuperATV 2" lift kit. Looks like a cheap mod and reviews are pretty decent. I hear that going anything larger than 2" might mean I would need to worry about other issues.
Anyone have experience with this mod? I am not a rich person so at some point this spring I am planning and grabbing some new tires but installing on the factory rims. Any suggestions for tires along with this lift mod would be appreciated too.

570 runs bad after washing
Not every time but maybe 1 out of 5 times after washing my 570 the wheeler starts acting up. It’ll start and idle but when I give it gas it bogs down. Let it sit overnight and everything is fine. Pretty obvious I’m getting water in a place where water shouldn’t be. Any ideas? It worries me that I’m going to get stranded one of these days after hitting some heavy water or mud areas.

2001 Polaris scrambler 50
Will only run when I squint gas into carburetor with the air cleaner off, it then shuts off when the gas is consumed. I changed all my fuel lines, drained the fuel tank, installed a new fuel valve, it is not getting fuel to the carb. Is this gravity flow or is there a pump involved. This model has the electric choke. Any help is truly appreciated, Thanks
