Hey everyone my name is Corey. I have a Rally 200 that has been giving me a lot of problems starting. If I let it set overnight it will usually foul the plug when you try to start it the next day. Pull the plug and clean it it will fire right up and run great all day. I rebuilt the carb last summer. Didn’t change anything. I can even shut the gas off and let it idle out of gas and it still fouls it the next day.
Overheating problem
I have a 1995 scrambler 400 4x4. It is overheating according to the temp lite, I have been checking around for a fan thermal sensor and the cheapest I can find one of these is a $110. Is there a way to test this or can I use one from a different year or just bypass it and put a manual switch on it. Thanks Newbie
2002 scrambler 500
So this machine is new to me and I am going through it changing fluids - dielectric greasing every connection , changing the belt but for the life of me I cant find the damn spark plug !!!!! Help me please !

Sportsman 600 Dies when put in gear
2006 model starts right up and idles fine, can rev up rpm in neutral and let off gas and idles down fine. It will sit and run no issues.
When I put in gear and accelerate it runs for about 2 seconds moving about 10 feet.....then Gauges loose power and it just dies immediately.
I have googled with no luck. Any ideas? New battery and visible connections seem fine. Thanks in advance!

Engine dies when accelerate.
Got scrambler 500 2006
After one month siting i changed oils and variator belt. Today after 20mins on track crosing water, max 2ft deep and 15ft long. After water got back on track i drived about 100ft and then engine stoped. When the engine starts it runs, when accelerate it stops immediately.
What to look at? Is my engine broken?

Trouble with polaris 2500 winch install
I installed it,, but then I found a small mention in the instruction booklet that says if you are installing in a "non" XP, you have to contact your dealer for instructions. Mine is a 2017 Sportsman 850 "SP". What gives?? :sad It will spool IN, but switch is dead to spooling out!!

’12 Outlander 650 – handlebar/floorboard vibration
Hello, I took my outlander in to get a full service as it was due for one, and once I got it back I noticed some vibration in the handlebars/floorboard, and a bit in the seat. What are the potential causes of this? I took it back in and they said there was nothing wrong, but I don't ever remember it doing this before.
