Did a rad relocate on my 2018 570 Touring SP. Everything worked fine for the past couple of weeks. Decided to brace up the rad kit a little more from underneath so I took everything apart and put it back on. Hooked everything back up, bike runs fine but now the fan doesn't kick on when it should or at all. Assuming I crossed the wires to the fan and blew a fuse. There are 2 wires, (a grey & blue one), and (a solid black one). Can someone with this bike please take a peek and tell me which is hot, and which is negative. Thanks!

Hello all! I have a newish 2018 Sportsman XP1K with 27" blackwater evos on it and i cannot get the damn thing to wheelie or lift the front end AT ALL, any suggestions? I was thinking of stiffening up the rear suspension so it wont squat as much, maybe will lift the front end then?

Looking to upgrade my springs to heavy duty springs on my 05 sportsman 800, I seem to exceed their weight limit 😜
In my search for heavy duty springs I have found out that nobody lists front heavy duty springs for the 05 800 specifically, I can find rears no problem.
Contacted Polaris and they can’t figure it out, they don’t even have a listing for the original part, contacted an aftermarket parts distributor and they can’t come up with anything, and finally I contacted EPI that sells the heavy duty springs.
EPI was the most helpful and said that it was a part number specific to that year, but they have no listings of anything, however I was told by them to compare to either and 05 700 or an 06 700 and 800 for likely compatibility.
Almost all the 05 machines list the same part number for heavy duty springs so I’m hoping it’s the same.
That being said.... can anywhere here help me out with some measurements? Base width and spring height please.... anything would be helpful, pictures would be appreciated if possible.

Is this as good as the other one? anyone has it? I would like to know if its harder to install than the other one?

I really like the look of it but if its a mess i might just stay stock.

Crankshaft gone bad - does anyone know where I can find a replacement crankshaft without spending an arm or leg?

A 2006 Sportsman 800efi is what I have, I know I need a left front wheel bearing & ball joint. I'm thinging since I have it apart to just put new axles in. Now is the question, what mfg do you use, the machine will not have any extreme use or regular mudding if any. I see some cheap price parts with only a month warranty and near the high end with 2 years. Help me make up my mind and suggestions of changing all front end parts on both sides.
