570 engines

Ho wondering if anyone knows if the Outlander 570 L model is the same motor as the 570 xmr. I know frames are different but are the motors?

2014 Can Am Renegade Turbo Kit

Custom Garret GT15 turbo setup for 2014 Can Am Renegade XXC 1000. I recently purchased a 2014 Renegade 1000 XXC with this turbo setup on it and I'm looking to take it back to stock. I do 100% trail riding and this is not the ideal setup for what I a do. Still installed and running at this point but will be taking it apart shortly.

All of the following parts are included.
* Garret GT15 turbo, Exhaust headers, cold air intake, water cooler, turbo, wastegate, boost controller, blow off valve and expansion chamber.

$900 OBO
Could be negotiable on full exhaust if interested. Here are photos of the current setup. It looks very much like stock from the outside.

Check engine signal

Hi all! I have a 2012 Sportsman 400 and when I start the engine the "check engine" signal blinks for a few seconds and then dissapear. Can someone tell me what could it be the reasson for that? It's no time to change engine's oil and filter or the cvt belt....

New to Polaris

Ive had several 4wheelers in the past but new to Polaris. Just picked up a 2019 Sportsman 570 in blue. Haven't actually got a chance to ride it more than a few feet from the truck to the garage, but plan on getting it out next weekend. It will stay stock for the most part, other than the rigid led I made a mount for and installed yesterday.

Super ATV HD Through Shaft Concerns??

A new HD through shaft from Super ATV was just installed.

It is different from the factory shaft as the back of this new shaft has splines that go further back. The outer dry edge of the oil seal touches the splines.

Which I don't know why,.....phoned Super ATV and they said they sold hundreds of these shafts. I hope it doesn't leak at the rear. Very weird.

I guess the oil seal part with the ring spring still may touch the smooth part of the through shaft. But the dry lip part of the oil seal definitely touches a bit of the splines.

I know there was an issue with the Gorilla Shafts and their splines at one time, but has anybody had problems with the one from Super ATV ?

Ran the machine a bit and did not observe any leaks, but I don't want transmission oil and engine oil mixing!

I have attached photos of the OEM shaft first and then the new Super ATV shaft with extended splines.
