Hi,

I bought a sportsman 90 with no battery. To test the starter motor I connected a 12v battery I had but not a great connection. (Starter did not work) Now I noticed the dash lights are not working. I assume I have popped a fuse - anyone know where or have a wiring diagram / manual for the bike?

I have recently purchased my first Polaris ATV and as I read about them I always come across posts about something being weak and needing to be updated. I've seen mention of updated differential covers, brackets, and even braces... With that said, what are the weak spots on the 2011 Sportsman 500 HO? I would like to take care of them before they become a problem!

So here is the story - bought this 98 400 for my son - when checking the fluids found no AF - Filled it and started the quad instant water fall . Bad head gasket - replaced same and ran good - went out to ride for the first time today and after about 20 minutes quad just died and will no restart - I am going to check compression but I am pretty sure it need to be bored and new piston / rings due to previous owner running it with no coolant - thinking of doing a complete engine rebuild - anyone have suggestions ? Anyone know how tough it is to get the engine out of the frame on this model ?

Hi guys. I joined about a month ago and started a thread about the 2018 vs 2019 Outlanders before I made the decision what I was getting. I just bought a 2018 Outlander 850 DPS. I love it so far. I like to do trail riding and will probably use my quad to do work here and there. My first brand new quad, moving from my dads 2001 King quad 300.

I have a 2016 renegade 850 xxc, the oem heated grips were unbelievably week, I bought new heat demon grips thinking it would resolve the problem. They are just as weak, on full power they are barely luke warm what could the problem be?
