Hello all,

I recent purchased a new Sportsman 570 EPS and found a screw in my truck bed after unloading. I believe it is Polaris part number 7512084. I did some research and ruled out it coming from the a-arm/strut protector, cooling system, front brake line mount, rear shield mounts, and I believe the main gear case mounting.

Any ideas where it could have come from? May end up taking it back to dealer to locate but would rather not.

Have a good battery and starter. Everything works fine on dash. Wires look good, doesn’t look like anything has eaten them. Replaced relay and still nothing. Will crank when I jump the two terminals at relay. Any suggestions?

I've done about as much searching as I know how to do here and other places online. When I purchased my new 450 Outlander last week I worked in a winch into the deal (should have been more specific on what winch I wanted, but anyway). I know nothing about QuadBoss reputation when it comes to most anything. I know their winches are significantly cheaper than Warn, but that doesn't always mean supreme inferiority. Just wanted some opinions or experiences with QuadBoss products, especially the mechanical stuff. If you have experience with the winch, please let me know. Thanks.

So I bought a 2019 570 max xt for the wife and a 650 max xt for myself.

When we both hit the throttle at the same time and drag race down the road we are virtually in a dead heat .

We top out at 110 kph( I’ll verify with gps today)

I’m wondering why I bought the 650 if the 570 keeps up step for step.

Any body else have both a 570 and a 650 that can add anything to this?

48 hp vs 62 hp , I should out pull the 570 and top out at higher top speed

I do weigh 50lbs more than my wife but I can’t see that being the equalizer in a drag race.

And yes I’m using the performance key, the other key tops out around 70kph and has less power.

I paid 2500 more for the extra power, what a disappointment 🤬

I have a 08 outlaw 450 has new piston, rings, starter, battery, starter clutch, and cam. I go to start it and it cranks slow, if I pull the plug out it’ll crank over fine but won’t with the plug in, I thought maybe I got a bad starter so got another one and still same thing

Hello again, does anyone know if anyone ever made an aftermarket exhaust for the 95 xplorer.

so Im looking to install a warn winch on my machine but just want to be sure I get the correct mount bracket.

I see that its recommended to get KFI brand ( part # 100725 ) , the thing is I see online a few different installations where the fair lead was way out on the front bumper.... like in the picture below.... which is not what Im looking for.

I am looking to have the fair lead mounted just behind the bumper.. will the KFI mount I mentioned let me do just that ??



Any help would be appreciated
