Hi All - I'm new to the side-by-side scene since Dec 2018. Need a place to ask questions and get some solid information, and ran across this great site. Currently attempting to install a new set of Direct Ignite 4' whips, and need some assistance with getting everything hooked up. Any help would be appreciated...pictures would be a huge help! I have the entire center dismantled, my switch wires, my rocker switch, and for some reason i'm lost...lol I know, I feel like an idiot. Thanks...Josh

So my Rotax 800 dropped an intake valve on the front cylinder.

Machine only has 375 hours and 2582 miles on it. Adult owned and driven, only used at the deer camp.

I am looking for reliable, affordable, sources for the special tools and parts I need to get this machine back running.

I have the engine out and sitting on the workbench, just want to take it apart the right way.

I may have to pull the head to get the broken valve out, then reinstall it so I can see if anything else is going on.
Right now, I can't make a complete revolution with the crankshaft.

Can you guys point me to some good special tool sources and parts sources?

Any help is appreciated.

Have a 2019 xmr 1000 Outlander have heard there’s front extender brackets to mount a couple of gas cans beside rad but can’t see to find them ? Any help be much appreciated Thanks

Not having any luck finding good replacement number for the carb..called dealership its to old for reference..Any ideas on how to find the numbers or how to tell if the carb is working correctly before I do buy a new one?

Hi, I have a traxter max 500 and was trying to get it going for spring and never had and issue with it before today was stumbling pretty hard when it started then up noticed fuel pouring out the bottom of the carb and then it started pouring out of a hole near the top of the carb, I took the screw out of where the float is thinking maybe the float was stuck and it may loosen it up when up reinstalled the screw it now won't start like it is not getting any fuel which the tank is full but it seems like the fuel pump isn't working I checked the diaphragm on the fuel pump and seems to have no obvious tears but did have some black gummed up on parts of it

Decided I liked my rims and tires so much I bought a second set..... well except I went 32” assassinators.... can never have too many sets I guess. And the wife won’t notice with the same rim combo 😂🤪damn the 32’s look so much bigger than the 29.5’s Attachment 86182

I am replacing the Drive Belt for the first time and am looking for suggestions on high-quality aftermarket parts versus buying OEM. Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on the topic. Original part #3211160.

Drive belt failure appears to at least in part have been caused by a mouse moving in to the "exhaust" port leaving the clutch housing above the driven clutch. It was an incredible and dirty mess!
