Hi guys. I'm having issues with my sportsman. Recently I was getting a message that said hdlbr and now my reverse override button won't change anything on my speedo and my wheeler starts to backfire and run rough whether it's in gear or neutral. Idles fine but as soon as I touch the throttle it does it. I have no idea what it could be and any help would be appreciated. Thank you
QSC rev X
I had custom quad shop build me a clutch. It came in this week, wow what a piece of work !!! I’m Ready for a test run, I can’t wait to see how thing gets the power to the ground! If it’s set up correctly What should I be looking for? Shiftout?
2008 Outty 650 won’t start
Hi guys,
My 08 Outty 650 won’t start. I’ve checked the battery, it’s 12.7v I cleaned the battery terminal and cable connections. I switched relays (in the front trunk). It cranks but won’t fire. I have it in park and hold the brake, neutral and hold the break..... no avail. I’m not sure how to attach a video. But I took one to post any help would be greatly appreciated

Snowplowinng dos and dont’s
Hello, new to the forum and owning an ATV! Last October I bought a 570 Sportsman (didn't tell wife I did until I was on the way home with it!) and love it. It's a beast! So last month I bought the Glacier plow system because of the ease of mounting and figured local dealer couldn't say something like, "your issue is cause you are using an aftermarket plow". It works great! I will never snow blow again! I do all of my neighbors drives and it pushes everything - wet heavy snow, deep snow - you name it! But since I'm new to this, I was wondering if others could give some "dos and don'ts" or pointers? Things that might prolong the life of the machine, plow and me (the rider). One thing I've learned is don't over lift the plow. When I do this, it stalls the machine. I've read that the winch draws so much power that it dramatically lowers over all output on electrical system. Anyway, if others could share, it would be great help to others.
Have a great day and happy riding!

Alignment question
Just desired to check my alignment on my 2007 800 x2 which I just pick up last fall. Strung the string from the back to the front at the center of the hub on one side it checked out OK just 1/8" toe in.
Then I went to the other side major problems, the string touched the front tire before it touched the other edge of the rear tire. I took it for a little ride checked the searing was straight and tried it again still the same thing and ideas what I should do?
I checked the back rim for being bent but it was as straight as a arrow.

Delivered – 2019 Outlander Max Pro + 570 T
Arrived today, couple of pictures. Despite only having driven one a couple of times a couple of decades ago I couldn't resist taking it out for a hoon my myself. In the dark, in the forest, on ice - yes not very responsible probably. Well it was pretty fun! Love the quick release plow. Can't wait for the ice to go away and the break in period to be up.
Woohooowooooo! :th_smiliewoo:

Water pump seal extractor tool
Hi all !!
I've been trying to find an extractor tool for the water pump seal. I've seen/read many posts of people saying things like ''I bought the tool with the seals and it went great''.
'' Worth the money '', '' good investment'' etc..........
No reference, no part numbers.
Anyone with pictures using the tools besides the pictures with the ''socket bagning'' method that I've found ?
Can someone guide me ?
Thanks
