’02 700 carb diaphragm spring

The spring on the diaphragm keeps popping out and lodging sideways when i pull the top cover off. I have checked the diaphragm for holes and could not find any. The atv will not hardly run when this happens. I have repaired it twice. Any ide why this would happen? Everything is clean and in good condition.

Intro

Hey all just thought I'd introduce myself, been on here a few weeks chasing advice.

I've come off an old 04 honda foreman 450 and must say I'll never look back!

We do mostly winching tracks, big climbs and mud holes.

09 800 Outy
26 x 11 x 12
26 x 9 x 12 (6mm spacers)
Raised rad and cvt snorkles in one unit
Warn winch with new synthetic rope
Led light bar
Folded some 3mm ally at work for front cv guards
And that's all so far.

550 Sportsman with 28” Anclas

Anyone ever run 28 Anclas on their 550 ? I’m currently running 27s on the stock 14” rims without issue. Just wondering before I buy them. Have a smoking deal lined up on a brand new set of 28s.

2018 850 SP A-arm protection

I just purchased a 2018 SP and was looking for some plastic style A-arm protectors, the 850 has the curved A-arms and I am finding some for the XP but not sure if they would fit the SP model, any recommendations ?
