rear wheel assembly repair

I have a 2012 sportsman 550 efi/eps.

I hit something that destroyed the rear lower a arm on the left side I assume it was a rock.

I replaced the a arm and the bushings on both the lower & upper a arms.

When I bolted the tire back on I noticed that it was very wobbly so I checked the right side & it had very little play.

I replaced both the left & right wheel bearings with bearings from all balls racing.

The left side still has as much play as it had before I replaced them.

I then ordered a new wheel hub & wheel studs which have been installed.

It still has a lot of play.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to what my issue might be...maybe the axle?

Polaris 2014 570 eps wasnt getting gas but is now?

So me and my son took a ride on my Quad yesterday. While riding I reved her a few times then I heard the engine struggling. I gave her a bit of gas but the engine died as though she wasn't getting any gas. Checked spark and that was fine. The sparkplug boot does tend to get loose on me if I am riding a rough trail, and it was loose this time around, but when had that tight I tried to start her again and she would pull over and sound right other than the fact that she would not catch at all. Trailer her home and try her again. Still won't catch. Then like an idiot left her on and killed the battery. So I put her on charge over night and she starts first try in the morning... so now what? How to I diagnose that if I cannot recreate. Luckly I broke down in a spot easy to get to... but that might not be the case next time. I was originally thinking it was the fuel pump, however is it possible that I just flooded her seeing the sparkplug boot was loose?

2007 800 studded and shuts off after a good ride

While riding about twenty minutes in dike shutters Boggs and dies. Let it sit for a while. Then dike will run for a few minutes then it starts to do the same thing. Help please. Fuel pressure checked. Stays around 38-40 psi. New plugs installed. Fresh gas in tank. Changed oil and filter yesterday.
Has anyone had the same issue ? And a fix ?

Engine Light On and Off

I just changed the rear transmission oil and now the engine light is coming on. I took a short ride and nothing was wrong; no loss of power, immediate throttle response, etc. Near the end of my ride when I hit the throttle there was a noticeable loss of power and a slip/jerk before fully engaging. I put the recommended amount of Polaris AGL fluid in the rear tranny case, but I did notice a little seeping out of the fill hole near the end of filling. Could this ounce many two shy of the recommended cause this? If the light is on, is my ATV like a car in that a service location can hook a computer up to diagnose the issue? Maybe my belt is just bad as it's about two years old...

03 700 another coolant loss.

I am losing coolant into the oil. It is running just fine and a peek into the cylinders with my endoscope shows no indication of coolant loss and the plugs are clean. The weep hole between the water pump and drive is clear. Can the head gasket still be the culprit, or do I have a crack somewhere. When I used a radiator tester with the oil drain plug out, I got almost immediate results as antifreeze starts draining out of the crankcase. Am I hoping for a simple fix, or am I kidding myself? I do believe that the damage might have already be done as the endoscope shows a shiny half moon on the bottom lip of the left piston. Might have washed out a rod bearing. Input please, and thanks for reading.

2017 1000XP LE voltage issues.

Hey everyone, got stuck a few times last night in the mud and when I hooked up the winch and started to really load it up my voltage gauge would start out at 14.2 and go down to 12.4 and then the check engine light would come on and the motor would start to studder. As soon as I stopped wth the winch the motor would go back to nomal. A couple times the display would disappear and then come back. I checked all the connections at the battery and winch but still does it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Europe G2 Shifter Lock

From what I can see in the parts diagram there is a shifter lock available for the European G2 Outlander but all I could find was the part number for the indicator 705005260.

Has anyone installed this and can give me some part numbers and maybe a couple of pics?
