Xmr wild boar rad kit filling

OK so I have a 2018 renegade xmr 1000 and I recently installed a wild boar radiator relocation kit. My question to everyone is... How do you fill the radiator?? The radiator does not have a cap to fill. The coolant bottle is a lot lower than the radiator. If I fill the radiator through the upper hose isn't coolant going to come out the overflow on the coolant bottle? How has everyone else done this?

I have a 2013 Polaris rzr 800 it just started running rough when I put it in gear and the check engine light comes but it will start just fine any thoughts?

Box for 6×6

Thought I would share some pictures of the box I made for the 6x6. Its 41 x 40 x 24. I put nut inserts into the 2x2’s that I attached on side and end pieces, and then bolted the plywood together with 2” bolts.
The 1st picture shows the five pieces of wood. The 2 on the left are the side pieces (40” x 24”) you can see the linq fasteners. The next is the back piece (41” x 14”) ends just above the tail gate. The next is the front piece (41” x 8”) ends just a little above my carry box. And the last piece is the top (40” x 41”)
The 2st picture shows the nut inserts that I am referring to along with the bolts.
The 3rd picture is what it looks like bolted together.

Will this tire combo work? Crazy?

It will be mounted on a Renegade.
I want to stick with a 26” tire, with 11” wide rear and 8” front.
Since I can’t find this combo in a Pitbull growler, I want to run a
25.5x8x12, 8 ply Uber xor front
26x11x12, 6 ply bg2.5 rear

Both are roughly the same height but different ply rating.

Is this dumb?

2008 500 Backfires and High Revs

I have a 2005 Sportsman 500 EFI. The gas is new 91 oct. Been running great and then after a 40 mile ride, the last two miles started backfiring and high rev. Even died a couple of times. Adjusted the throttle cable down and then the RPM hits 1400, it dies. It has 2,100 miles. All fluids clear, new spark plug and clean air filter. Thanks for the help.

2018 outlander max 1000

I picked this 2018 up about a month ago and even before i picked it up with the help of this forum i knew what mods i would start with. So i ordered the BRP rad relocator. I started the install this past weekend and let me just say the instructions suck at best. I don't know who wrote them but they should be fired. It has you pull off the front plastics and leaves out 2 important bolts you need to remove to pull it off. I made sure i read it over and over to make sure i didn't miss it. Then when you get to the part of needing to remove your factory coolant bottle and splice the 2 hoses together it looks stright forward until you get to where it is telling you what hoses to keep and cut. It keeps showing the coolant bottle in the picture like you made a mistake by removing it. It dose not help the instructions are for a few different machines, and use more pictures then words. As you get toward then end where you are mounting the relocator on the front rack. It never makes any mention of needing to remove the front rack.
The kit was also missing 1 hose that i need to get sent out and they do not give you a plug in harness for the fan as i have seen other people talk about for older machines. No mention of it in the instructions and no listing of it on the parts list. WTF for the money this kit cost it should come with one. Not a huge deal for me as I was also doing the hayden fan mod. They also do not give you complete new hoses but couplings to splice the hoses.

On a side note they sure as hell do not make working on this thing user friendly. Has can am never heard of welding nuts onto the frame in those hard to get to areas.

Now i was also going to do a stealth snorkel as well but after seeing where the factory air intake and cv intake are, it is hardly worth moving them up maybe another 2 inches. I would do the BRP snorkel but a state i ride in dose not allow them.

I will see how the hayden fan mod works Before i relocate the cvt exhaust.

So question for everyone who runs the super atv 6" lift. Do you love it or hate it ? I think the 6" lift will be my answer to the stealth snorkel. However i am concerned with adding the height and it changing the center of gravity. I know it adds width and length so i'm guessing that helps ?
