Fitting 570 in 6’4″ Ram Truck Bed

Purchased my 570 EPS (Indy Red) about 2 weeks ago. Absolutely love the thing. However, upon taking receipt of it, I realized it would not fit completely in the bed and allow me to shut the tailgate completely. As my old ball coach would say, "you're about a c**t hair away from being able to do that." Folks I'm talking about maybe an inch.. MAYBE.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried propping the front tires up about 6 inches, but the exhaust hits the top of the gate. I have also looked into the following system, but I really don't want to do this:

..seems like in every facet of my life, I could really use an extra inch.

Thanks for the replies!

04 John Deere buck 500

I have a friend that has this bike .he asked me if I could have a look at it . Some repaired were done by a bike shop ? I had a look at it . Key on the monitor lights up hit the start button monitor lights go out and nothing not a click not a sound . So I checked battery volts 12.5 volts check starter relay no power to relay white wire with red stripe ! Checked all fuses 12.5 volts ! I think the power to that wire comes from the controller in front of the gas tank not sure which wire at the controller to check ? Anyone have a wiring schematic thanks for the help .

Outlander battery draining if unused for 1-2 weeks

I have a 2008 Outlander 500XT. For several years it's had an electrical problem where if unused for as little as a week or two, the battery will be dead. I've replaced the battery a couple times and the problem kept happening.

I eventually installed a switch in series between the positive battery terminal and positive cable, thinking this brilliant solution would prevent any power drain since if I open the switch every time I turn the machine off, the battery is effectively disconnected from the machine. I'm stumped by why the problem keeps happening. It may take a little longer to become dead now if I open the switch, but I'm not certain.

Any suggestions what I should do next or how it could even still possibly be going dead with the battery disconnected?
