So I have a Sporty 850SP, 2017 model. I swapped out the stock tires for some SunF AO33's, in 27x11x14 for the rear and 27x9x14 for the front.
They are very chunky and they have good grip and all, but they are very heavy. You can feel it going down the trail, how they are way out of balance at higher speeds, and I also noticed a drop in power and acceleration off the line.
Here are the tires and specs, although they do not list weight.

I am considering going back to a stock 26" set of tires, but I want something that still grips well, rolls nicer and isn't as heavy. While I like the added clearance and grip of these things, I immediately noticed the drop in acceleration and handling became a little compromised.
I know that the stock Carlisles are pretty light, but they are not stellar in the grip dept.
I don't want to spend a ton of money, and I plan to sell these tires, probably to someone that has a larger UTV that won't notice the weight as much.
Suggestions? Also, does it make sense to get the same size tires all the way around? Maybe a 9" wide tire? The stock front is 8 and the rear as back, so while the back would be a little narrower than stock, the front would be a little wider. I am not worried about it making the steering heavier, as it has 9's on the front now and it's fine with the power steering.
Suggestions? My main goal here is to get my performance and handling back, even if that means I have to go back to stock ride height and lost a little grip...
