QSC Clutch Kit from RVS Performance – Installation Question?

Need some advice on installing a QSC Clutch Kit from RVS Performance for my 2017 Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS.

Now I know how to do it - there's so many videos on YouTube so I think I'm good to go there.

However - this video below where Ryan from RVS Performance is changing out the spring and weights on the Primary Clutch assemble (1:20). You can see he didn't bother removing the Primary Clutch from the bike - he just kept it on the bike and took off the face plate. That's what I also want to do on my 570. Do you think it's ok?

With the 570 - the Primary and Secondary clutch is on the side of the bike so access is pretty easy - If I don't have to take off the Primary Clutch that will save me having to buy or make a tool to remove it. I just don't want issues with not being able to put the plate back on with the new spring.

What would you all recommend?

Renegade bumper options

Looking at options for a radiator relocate bumper on my 13 renegade. I like the price on the wild boar, but the winch sits way too low. Seems like it would hang up on everything. The xmr model has a much better approach angle, but it installs over the factory winch mount. Does anyone know if it would be possible to install the xmr front bumper on a base model g2 renegade? Would I need the whole winch mount from the xmr? Open to other options as well.

2018 renegade xmr1000 plastic issue

Hi everyone,

Just bought a new renegade xmr 1000. Long story short, I got it home and popped the snorkel cover off and saw what looks to be broken plastics.. pic provided.

I bought the only unit like this available in my area (300 miles) and the dealer says with no other units to compare too their not sure if this is how these quads come from factory or if these plastics are damaged.

Can any fellow renegade xmr owners confirm my assumption that someone took their temper tantrum to my quad plastics during assembly?

I appreciate your help!

Another first time Can Am owner

Just purchased a 2018 Outlander 570 - Base Model, the price was right and a 5yr warranty sealed the deal. I'm a made in japan guy, so this is a big first for me. Time will tell, looking forward to educating myself on this forum and meeting some outdoor enthusiasts like myself.
