New to the site, I see lots of good info on here.
I just purchased a mildly used 2010 Ranger 400 -375 hours, to have something for my wife & grandson to piddle around on the property. Runs decent got a great price to get into UTV's and then I can upgrade later.

Being OCD, I changed the following to know what I have.
Front gear case fluid,
Spark plug
Oil & filter
Tranny fluid
Air cleaner
Greased all fittings
Aired tires
Will flush radiator another day- got fluids for it
Now I must be mental ( ran out of time & eye balls) but I cant find a rear differential drain & fill, I thought I was told this does not have one and it is combined with the tranny/gear case.
Only small issue is the starter is slow to disengage but that is another project for another day.

2002 Sportsman 500 HO Circuit breaker location.

I have a 2002 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO and the cooling fan is not working. I hot wired the fan to battery and it is good. The wiring diagram in the Haynes repair manual shows the circuit goes from the ignition switch to the 10 Amp breaker, to the switch (I assume is the temperature sending unit on bottom of radiator) to the fan. I just can't locate the breaker.

Does anyone know where it is located?

While nFLOW is best known for its ATV/UTV engine and transmission remanufacturing, we also offer many other products and services. These include fuel injection and turbocharger remanufacturing for everything from ATV/UTV's to large mining equipment. We recently purchased machinery to be able to handle all common rail injectors and injection pumps as well. Lastly, we have our own CNC machine shop in house for boring, resurfacing, crankshaft grinding, etc. Below is a picture of a Duramax cylinder head going through our machining process.
