Hiper Pro Series ATV Wheels

Wanted to lighten the feel of my Reny this year and make it feel a little more like my sport quad.

I found an older article on-line showing the composite 12" wheels for Can-Am machines. I couldn't find them on Hiper's website, but they are shown here:

HiPer Pro Series Wheels Debut at Dealer Expo - New Twelve Inch Carbon Fiber and Aluminum ATV & UTV Wheel

Well, I have been calling them for days and leaving messages with not a single response.....So I went on-line and submitted a request for quote directly thru their website. I generally do not like giving a company all my info for fear they re-sell my info and my e-mail fills up and my phone gets robo called, but did it anyway cause i really wanted a set.

So I got this e-mail today:

to me

We no longer make 12” wheels. You will need to choose from our 14” line if you want to run a carbon composite wheel.

7′ or 8′ wide enclosed trailer for Maverick

Thinking about purchasing an enclosed trailer for my 2017 Maverick X3 X DS.

Is anyone using a 7' wide trailer and if so is there enough room to get in and out of the sxs?

Any tips or considerations advice in regards to a trailer selection for this SXS?

Thanks in advance

2018 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Review

We spent two days putting the new 2018 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 to the test at a massive hunting property in Louisiana.

If one thing is for certain in the world of off-road it’s that UTV manufacturers are not slowing down a bit. There are new machines for Race, Sport riding and Utility working vehicles coming out of the woodwork. In fact, some of the same engines from the racing platforms are drifting into the hard-working class of UTV. One segment that gets a massive amount of use from the Utility side of the industry is hunting and land maintenance. These guys push their machines to the limits of hauling and gear management as well as conditional wear that would stifle the weaker machines in a New York minute.

Fast Facts
Engine: 999cc Inline Twin
Power: 82 horsepower
Ground Clearance: 13 in.
Towing Capacity: 2,500 lbs
MSRP: $15,299

Polaris is one of the many innovators for this crowd and over a short two days of riding we found out just how the new 2018 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 would do in simple initial testing. Getting to know a new machine is like finding a date at prom in that you must first dance around the make-up and shimmering dresses to find that quality, reliable and willing person to take to the big show. Polaris has created a machine with so many options that some consumers would say might take it from dating to marriage material.

I only have weak spark when I let off starter button. but if I touch frame with same hand as starter button it is strong spark when I let off the button. but holding button in has no spark at all.

New Here with a New Wheeler

Hey All,

Will be picking up my green '17 450 DPS next Friday when I get home. I'm new to Can-Am wheelers however, I've had a Maverick 1000R, have a Ski-Doo Renegade 800, and have an E-TEC outboard so I'm familiar with BRP products.

Usually, I'm one to get the biggest, baddest machine however, this will be mainly used for plowing our driveway and to do chores around the yar. With plans to possibly get another Maverick in the spring, it just didn't make sense to buy anything bigger at this time.

Already used the site for doing some research so I figured I might as well join in on the fun! Currently looking for the right plow and winch set up. Next will be some different wheels and tires.

Thanks,
Casey
