Front differential

Hello,
The roller cage shattered, we fixed it and replaced it with a aluminum cage, it stopped going in and out of 4x4 on demand so we replaced the cage with another plastic one. We later found out that one of the wires broke so we pulled the wires out and tried fixing them now we can't get it to do anything, please help we are going on the 11th week without riding.

Barney Lake Trail last weekend

Just posted a video of my early morning run up to Barney Lake from Marysvale UT last weekend. I was on my son's 570 and my wife followed behind on my 850 because hers was acting up. We always like to make this run on our last morning in Marysvale, kind of a tradition. Morning coffee at Barney Lake.
It's a little long, but.... I just suck at editing videos, what can I say... :smile

Bored Throttle Body

Hey I have an 07 Outlander 800 HO XT. It has a full Muzzy exhaust and the Muzzy Digituner. Does anyone have a bored Throttle body? Would the digituner be enough to not have to reprogram anything? Is it a worthwhile mod? Every vehicle I have had I always put on a bored one and it was always decent bang for the buck. Thanks in advance.

Bent rim question

Hey guys. I bent one of my stock rear rims on my 2012 sportsman 800 on the inside lip/edge enough to break the Bead and get a flat. I beat it back into place with a hammer and now it holds air.

I am going to ride again today and see if this holds up or not.

Would you guys replace the rim or leave as is?

Thx

Outlander fuel pump

I have a 2014 outlander if I go for a long drive after an hour or so it starts losing power. If I hit the gas hard it will bog and almost die. If I go easy it run about 30 to 40 mph. But keeps getting worse. If I stop and let it sit it will run better for a it again. I am pretty sure it's the fuel pump. Anyone else ever have this problem

First post, first quad, 2017 black pearl 1000 x2

Just joined, really enjoying the adventure of exploring the mountains on dirt rather than on pavement. This is my first quad, I chose this one for its stability, power steering, smooth suspension for rider and passenger. My husband and I hope to go on many great adventures.

This video may not be available for long as I'm just trying out the GoPro cloud account. I documented my first little ride taking my mother on the back, she is in her 70"s! What a hoot.

Now if I could find a rear bumper that would be great, flipping crappy accessories for this machine has been a pain to find. With that said I'm hoping to get a mountain goat trailer
Mountain Goat All Terrain Trailer by S&T Mfg. buy trailer, options online.

No sence waisting money on cargo attachments for the quad when this fine baby will meet all our needs for those cross mountain adventures!

Really love this quad!

Sportsman 2015 ADC problems

I have a 2015 sportsman 1000 which I have had 2 years now. The adc has never worked from day one. I had it to the dealer numerous times for this issue. They put both new clutch’s on it over this period and still not fixed. When you start a decent in a hill it seems like it starts to work and after about 10 feet down it goes into a neutral type position and rolls freely. (High and low both the same) I don’t think the dealer knows what’s going on. Just got it back from the dealer again, still not working and the warranty in now finished. Any suggestions on what it might be?
