2017 Outlander 570 XT tire and rim combo size. How big can I go?

Greetings to the Forum,

New member here.

I have a 2017 Outlander 570 XT. I want to upgrade the factory 12" rims and 25" tires. Whats the max size rim/tire combo that will fit. This has probably been asked however I cant find a similar thread for a 570 XT, only a 570XMR,which I'm sure has a different ride height.

I'm considering a 12" rim with 27" tires, but would like to go 14" rim with 27" tires. Will 27 x 9 x 14 fit on the front, and 27 x 11 x 14 fit on the rear? I have no lift kit, completely stock form.

Thanks, JJ

Shocks?

Has anyone done new shocks or replaced their stock ones? I cranked mine up from day 1 for the added lift but now 2 years later the ride is beginning to become a little rougher on hard pack. I saw FOX sells aftermarket shocks but they're $1,000+ for 2 and thats a little steep for me.

$6000 repair bill on a 16 outlander 650

Hey guys new to the forum , I got a 2016 Can am outlander 650 max xt after 2400 kms turns out the transmission and rear differential needs to be replaced, fortunately it?s covered under warranty but holy fuck! I?m an assertive rider, I never would of expected this to happen. Is this a common thing? I installed 1.5? spring spacers with a set of 30? kryptids and a cvtech clutch had it on for all of 7 hours and this happens. We were in a pond washing off the bikes when I figured I?d try a water wheelie and snap. A fellow rider tells me he heard a weird noise coming from my bike the day before. Anyway I don?t think the mods would do such damage any thoughts guys before I put the tires and spacers back on?
Thanks

Harbor Freight winches

I was at Harbor Freight today and noticed they had some 2500 lb winches for $64. A guy I work with said they are junk and would last 2 times before it tore up.

I don't think he actually bought one, I think that's just his opinion.

I've bought allot of stuff from Harbor Freight and Northern Tools and never had a problem with anything I've bought. Except for one of those USB rechargeable cigarette lighters from Northern Tools.

Any of you guys using one of these winches?

He says he has a winch his wife bought him but never used it because he thought it would add weight to his ATV and asked if I'd check to see if the rear pinion seal is busted (why it's leaking oil) on his Yamaha Bruin, he would give it to me if he could find it.

This makes the second time I've worked on this Bruin. Last time it flipped down a mountain, got wedged between two tree limbs and wrecked the kingpin, rotor and caliper bracket. I got one of those 110cc kid's ATVs out of that deal!
