2 wheel or 4 wheel on 2017 850 sportsman

New to Polaris. Just bought an 850 sportsman. Had Honda in past. I understand the all wheel drive but is it still better to just run in 2 wheel drive unless you know you will need 4 wheel?

Also the engine braking is like ....wow I wasn't expecting that. First time I let off the throttle I thought I was going overboard. Any way to adjust that?

Anything else a Polaris newbie should know? Bought this over a Suzuki King Quad. Just looked nicer. Ha

1988 mercury grand marquis station wagon for sale

I don’t know if this is allowed but I have a car for sale just let me know if I cannot but I guess it doesn’t matter because I can’t delete it but I have a 1988 mercury grand marquis station wagon with 87,500 miles it runs great and rides like a boat newer tires
It has the 5.0 Efi, Posi rear end has a hitch also
Has ac power seats power mirrors 8 pass leather the drivers seat is ripped in a few places but the rest are good rust free body surface rust on the frame. The reason I am selling is because I work as a small engine tech and I use it as a truck and I don’t want to beat it like a truck so I want it to go to someone who can use it as a car not a truck. So I am selling to get a diesel. Asking $4000

Sorry but I cannot ship it.

Swamped the renegade-need sugguestions

Hey guys, been awhile since I've used the site but Im back for some help. Earlier this summer I was riding through a lot of mud and swamped my machine, long story short I gave her full throttle and the throttle stuck wide open and knocked me off, flipped upside down in the mud/water and killed itself at wide open. Get it back home later that night, pulled the plugs and cranked it over-LOTS of mud and water came out of the holes and then changed the oil and replaced the filter 5 times. Removed airbox and it was absolutely full of mud as well. I should also mention that the oil was absolutely perfectly clean immediately after swamping and throughout all 5 oil changes, not milky whatsoever. I knew that the there was more than likely still some crud in the top end so I didnt try to start it at this point but I poured some oil in the spark plug holes knowing that I wouldnt be able to mess with it for awhile due to work. Now fast forward about a month and the engine is seized, wont turn over by starter and I cant even turn it by hand with the primary clutch. What should I be doing now? Im pretty sure I'm in need of a top end rebuild for sure but shouldn't I be trying to unseize the thing before tearing it down? Im mechanically inclined but never tore apart an engine in these machines and I figured I'd ask some of you guys what would be the next best thing to do in my case.

Thanks.

TPS – Will a 2014 fit on a 2012?

I believe I need to replace my TPS, and I'm wondering if the 2014 will fit on the 2012? From reading on here, it appears to fix a few issues.

I'm having the high rpm issues that many folks seem to experience. All roads lead to TPS.

New S3 Front Springs (2nd Version)

S3 Front HD Spring update (Version 2 Coming)..............
If you have seen my previous posts regarding my suspension upgrades you will know I had recently installed the S3 Front and Rear Springs and that the 1st version of the S3 HD Front Springs did not allow enough travel for my use and I am currently running stock front springs with 1.25" pucks.
I spoke with Logan at S3 today and they are sending me a new version front spring to test, I should have them next week and will be doing a complete unbiased test and review of them on my Defender, I am currently still running the S3 rear springs and am very happy with them, I will give a report once I receive them.
