Can anyone tell me what kind of grease your using to service your one way bearing, serviced mine, used synthetic and its still difficult to shift,maybe its time to change the oil again its a common reservoir. 300kms since last change,brp oil.

I have an 02 sportsman 700 that i bought blown up a long while ago. I have since rebuild the motor with 800 internals new axles in the rear and lots of other little things. The thing is a lot of fun. I noticed today that my primary clutch is in very bad shape. Pretty good groove, some cracks, and worst of all parts of the actual housing are broken where the clutch slides. So needless to say before hunting season it need a new clutch. From what i have read i can get an 05+ clutch set (primary and secondary) and see some performance gains. I would like to find a used set to keep cost down. Does anyone know where i might be about to snag a set of clutches? I looked on ebay and everything is either junk or just the primary. Or do I just buy a new primary slap it on and call it a day? even that is $400+ Any help would be great guys.

Wanting to replace my axles. Anyone tried the axles from HexAutoPars? Actually, they are very reasonably priced.... Noticed most of Hex Auto reviews about the delay shipment.
(I did a search on here but didn't come up with anything...someone has had to have asked about these before..?...)

I posted in the Sportsman section looking for help so I figured I'd introduce myself also. 40 years old and picked up 3 used quads over the last 10 days. 2007 Polaris Trail Boss 330 for $1k, 2006 Hawkeye 4x4 for $1500 (these are for my 11 year old son and 13 year old daughter) and a 2006 Kawi Brute Force750 for $2500 for me. We've been out a couple times already with my neighbor who has a 2016 Can-Am XMR 850 and XMR 570 and the truck and trailer to pull them all. Family loves them and we have a great place to ride just 20min away.

My son 500 ran hot a few weeks ago. He cut it off till I could check it out. Had to add coolant. Now fan will not come on but if I straight wire it it will work. I have try to get all the air out but not sure I have. The temp light will come on if you ride it for a few min but fan never kicks on. Need help. Thanks Edward

Picked up a used 06 Hawkeye for cheap and trying to sort it out. Looks like the previous owner installed an intake box from a 330 and cludged it together.

I'd like to see what it's supposed to look like as I'm having a hard time locating real pics on the interwebs. Can someone post a pic of under their seat please?

I also can't seem to find the part number of the lower box. Anyone have one they want to sell? I've found the intake tube on eBay and I think I can make it work with the existing box.
